Skinny legs, ordered XL based on reviews, Spot-on!
43 year old, 6'1" male, 180 pounds, skinny legs, run or cycle every day. Was going to order a large, but based on reviews I ordered an XL, and am glad I did. It is not overly tight nor is it loose. I injured my left quad recently playing soccer, and this sleeve has helped me keep running/playing during the healing process. It's not a wonder-cure, it will provide support, help keep the muscles warm, and give you a little confidence that you are doing the right thing. You still have to be smart with your intensity and whatever activity you are doing. I played a 1.5 hour soccer game today, in U.S. Midwest heat/humidity that is like being in a shower, and had to pull the sleeve up maybe 3 times. That is not a big deal to me, I ran over 5 miles during the game, so with being completely saturated with sweat, constant movement, I didn't know if the thing would even stay on. It did, and as an "age-group athlete," I really like the performance of Zensah products; calf sleeves, knee sleeves, and now this thigh sleeve. I buy all my own products, I write reviews solely on the fact that I hope it helps somebody make a more informed decision on their potential purchase.

Virtually no compression in the body of the sleeve. And painfully tight upper and lower bands. Bad design.
The only real compression on this garment is in the top and bottom bands. And that’s less compression than it is just....tight. And, indeed, uncomfortably tight. There just isn’t any real compression in the body of the band. One could say: ‘well, the top and bottom bands have to be tight to hold the sleeve up.’ But this isn’t so. I have other compression garments, most notably calf/shin sleeves. What holds them up is not circulation-constricting bands, but rather the fact that there is adequate compression in the body of the sleeve itself.I would certainly have liked thigh compression sleeves I could actually wear. These aren’t them. To repeat: the sleeve lacks compression, and the top and bottom bands are uncomfortably tight. It’s a design problem. I expected better from Zensah.

Thank you, Zensah!
I really love this thigh sleeve. It's helped me to be able to maintain a normal daily life. I pulled a muscle in my right thigh a few months ago. I also have sciatica pain in that same leg, and I pulled my groin a few years ago.... :-pI originally bought this sleeve in a size XL according to the measurements, but found that it didn't provide enough compression (and would just side down), so I returned it with no problem and bought a Large. Just for reference, my leg measures 16.5" at the knee, 22" lower thigh, 25" upper thigh. I like the level of compression the Large provides, it's comfortable for me to wear, and breathable. I wear it all day long, sitting, standing, walking or exercising. For exercise and walking, however, I do need an additional groin wrap over this sleeve for more support (I use the McDavid 475 Adjustable Groin Wrap).Downsides, I would say are: the price for sure! i just don't see why something like this has such a high price point. It seems way too expensive to me, but that being said, I did just purchase a second one because I'm starting to have pain in the outside of my left thigh, and even though I wish they were cheaper, I guess I'd say, they're worth it! Another downside is that the band at the top does roll down a bit because it fits a little snug on my upper thigh, but even with a bit of rolling, it still stays up. Another downside, as I stated above, is that for exercise and even just walking (like speed shopping lol), I need extra support. It's fine for a light stroll, but if I'm in a hurry and going to be moving faster, or doing any kind of hills or inclines, I put on the groin wrap too.Overall, I think this sleeve helps tremendously for thigh pain and stiffness while sitting and general daily tasks, for more intense things like exercise and speed shopping ;~) , I would suggest either something else, or a 2nd wrap over this sleeve. I like how breathable it is, and it has a good stretch and gives support without being too stiff or thick.

it's a good thing. I don't think the small (which is ...
I don't know if I am even doing this right. I accidentally ordered the large size and, let me tell you, it's a good thing. I don't think the small (which is what I should have ordered according to the size chart) would have worked at all. This large size cuts into my thigh, noticeably.Another issue is that the top elastic band keeps rolling down -- and from everything I've read, it is not supposed to do that and it can be dangerous.I am going to have to return this item. I will have to actually go to a medical supply place and get the right size.

Not much thigh compression
I purchased this Zensah thigh compression sleeve because I had great success with their calf sleeves for support. After vascular surgery and the abysmal stockings you have to wear, I found the Zensah calf supports outstanding. I had hoped the same for the thigh sleeve, but it is much different. The upper band is rubberized inside for grip and it does a somewhat good job of staying in place. The actual sleeve below the band doesn't provide as much consistent compression as a competitors product I purchased that gave me two sleeves for the price of one Zensah. Also, the lower band is much smaller and is a bit too tight. The sleeve kind of creeps down my leg; I suspect because the compression isn't that good to stay in place. Again, the calf sleeves are great, the thigh sleeve fits odd.

These are Great!
This is my second Zensah thigh compression sleeve I have bought. The first was for my thigh and is still in good shape after 2 years, but I needed a second because of a hamstring injury where I needed to wear it all the time so I picked up an extra to rotate. The Zensah is very comfortable for extended periods of usage and during exercise /soccer games stays put vs another brand I tried that constantly slips down and does not extend from the butt too the back of the knee ( Pro-Tec Athletics 3D Compression thigh sleeve- also on amazon). It appears that there is a new style of grip on this model vs the 2 year old that is better. It stayed put throughout my game. Nice a tight, but without restricting movement. I also have the shin/calf compression sleeve and those are great as well. everything I have got from zensah has been high quality.

Muslera Zensah
Buena calidad. Solo que para que la compresión sea de mejor ajuste desde mi punto de vista es solicitar una talla menos
