The media could not be loaded. *** * ***Face Mask Gel by OLAYLuminous, Overnight Facial Moisturizer for Brighter Skin,4.5 Ounce*** * ***(Sorry for lingual mistakes... not native)***Some things are simply meant to be.This moisturizer definitely was meant for me.***After a a sheer endless hassle of dragging myself through stores and trying to find a new creme for my face, paying endless amounts of $$ for cremes that were pricey or maybe not even... and somehow never did the job - that one job that I expect a facial moisturizer to do - I finally tried it with this product.... and finally I was lucky here !I don't know what you are looking for, but I was looking for something that was supposed to function as a daily creme, something that also ads this beautiful fresh feeling.I was definitely looking for a product that I can use once/day only, gets me through the day and that most of all goes into the skin - while all the other products I tried felt like 'plastic', and stayed 'on top of skin', but never seemed to make their way going into the skin.And I just couldn't be happier about this amazing product from OLAY - best choice in a long time !This moisturizer looks and feels at first a bit 'thick'-ish, but you'll see (and will feel it fast): it only takes a couple of seconds actually and this moisturizer goes all the way into your skin.***Maybe I should mention here, that I'm 47 yrs of age.But I was lucky with my skin altogether.I do have very fine skin actually. I've been using the Olay Regenerist Luminous overnight mask for couple weeks now. Prior to purchase, I thought maybe this product wouldn't be suitable for my skin as I'm in my 40's and I'm looking for moisturizer that offers more moisturizing properties than your typical moisturizer geared for those in their 20's or 30's. But after reading so many rave reviews, I decided to give it a shot.The first couple times were disappointing as the 'gel' felt like it just sat on top of my skin and didn't seem to be doing anything to my face except to make it sticky. I was about to give the product a negative review but decided to read other reviews to see if others experienced the same outcome as I have. Sure enough, many of the two star reviews mentioned the non absorbency and stickiness of the product as their reason for the poor review. Then I stumbled on a 5star review that mentioned massaging the gel for better absorbency. Intrigued, I tried that and voila!!Massaging the gel for approximately 10 seconds ensures the gel is absorbed deeply into my skin. I massage in a circular motion on my cheeks and in an upwards motions on my temples and forehead, just like my esthetician does when she gives me a facial. No more stickiness and my face is glowing from using the product 2x a day for 10 days now. I use this product as a base moisturizer under my BB cream in the morning and also as a night mask before going to bed. My face now feels deeply moisturized and my bare face has a look of dewiness I haven't had in years. I'm just amazed at the effectiveness of this stuff! And here I was about to throw it away. I'm so glad I gave this mask a shot!!!

I wasn't sure if i could believe all the great reviews of this product - they seemed to good to be true. I was lucky enough to get a $2 off coupon plus put in on my Subscribe & Save, so at this low price i thought it worth a try. I have been a lifelong user of Olay products and have gradually changed my regime as I have gotten older. When i can afford it, I try more expensive creams but always seem to go back to Olay - the results can't be beat for the price. I had been using the Regenerist and have recently switched the the Regenerist Luminous to address some pigmentation issues from sun damage in my younger years. Now in my late 40's I have also experienced some loss of elasticity and I need lots more moisture than i used to, particularly in my neck and decollete region. First of all, it is a HUGE jar which will last a long time, that's always a plus. It is a gel-cream consistency, so again I had my doubts as to whether it would be moisturizing enough for a night cream. Boy, was I wrong - from the first night I used this I was amazed! It took a little while to absorb into my skin (non-greasy) but when I woke up in the morning I had the same wonderful glow other reviewers have mentioned. I have used much more expensive night creams that haven't given me results anywhere close to this. Olay, you have done it again. Very happy with this product and one that I will continue to use.
