Too hot for most people.
When I first tried this, I added a few drops to a beef stew I was making. I almost threw the stew away as it was too hot (spice-wise).And I was a guy who would dice up a double handful of Thai (red) birds-eye chilies for almost every soup and curry I made at the time. However, Blair's Mega (and Ultra) Death Sauces are on a whole different level !Mega Death is around 500,000 on the Scoville Heat Unit (SHU) scale and Ultra Death is rated at 800,000.(Thai Red Chilies are in the 50-100,000 SHU range. Tabasco and Econa "Hot" sauces are in the 8-13,000 SHU range and Jalapenos are around 5,000.)It would be nice if there were sold in larger sizes though. I blend the Mega and Ultra Death sauces with BBQ (for ribs) or Tartare sauce (for fish) or add it straight into Thai Green, Red and Yellow Curry dishes as well as Spicy Coconut Chicken (or shrimp) soups. But now I have to add a lot more than a few drops. I've used half a bottle to mix with a 250 jar of Tartare sauce and it still wasn't "hot" enough. But it's hard to get these sauces shipped overseas ! Because they are a "Food" item, Amazon won't ship them outside the country (too many issues with Customs and other authorities in foreign countries). So I have to have them shipped to a Forwarder who will send them overseas. But that can be VERY expensive.I had a recent order for (4) Mega and (2) Ultra Death Sauce. But the Forwarder said that was "too heavy" to go by the cheap route so I had to pay over twice as much to ship it using UPS.But couriers like UPS and FedEx like to rip-off their overseas customers. After paying them over $67 US to ship my package, they held it up in Thailand and made me jump through a number of hoops and then charged me nearly $75 more for "waybill amendments, storage charges, duty handling fees and so forth".And that was on top of the $22 of actual Custom's Duties and Taxes !So I paid $113 for the Sauces (including US shipping) then $67 US to send it to Thailand, then $22 to Thai Customs and $75 MORE to UPS.So $164 US to get my $113 order delivered.(Note - when I order 4 or fewer bottles it goes through the slower, but cheaper courier and Customs never even looks at it.But UPS and others like FedEx and DHL have their "own" Customs brokers who automatically assign the maximum possible Customs duties to any package they process (to speed it being approved by the Customs officials). So you ALWAYS pay - a lot more - when you use one of those rip-off courier companies.

Get ready to "Feel Alive!"
So my dad bought this for me one Christmas, like 4 or 5 years ago, and I've loved this stuff ever since. If you like hot sauces, like pranking your friends, and like really awesome-looking free skull key chains, then I recommend this sauce to anyone brave enough to get it. (I still remember the first food I tried it on and ruined the whole bowl, it was my my family's red beans and rice. I put like a teaspoon full in the bowl and mixed it up and tried to eat it. The first bite was excruciating, the second bite made me sick to my stomach it was so hot. After that, I had to watch how much I put in my foods, but thus began my love affair with Mega Death.)Where do I start with this? It tastes great. All the ingredients are natural. It's super hot. The Scoville rating on this thing is like 250,000 units. I put one drop in a bowl of anything to get a little heat, and then I don't have to worry about anyone messing with my food. lol. (In fact, it says on the bottle that it's over 500 times hotter than a jalapeno chili, and to dilute. Not with water, but what better way than in food?) I'll put 2 drops in if I really want a sweat fest. I never go over that, though. Too much of this stuff can be detrimental to your health, but that's part of what makes it awesome. It goes great in ramen, gumbo, red beans and rice, chili, stew, soups, homemade sauces, hot wings, mexican dishes, etc., etc.And that's another great thing about this sauce, since you don't use but maybe a drop or two per dish, it will last you forever. Mine could probably last me well over a year, as long as someone doesn't steal it, or the bottle gets lost, or falls off the refrigerator like my last one did. Which sucked, because either I have to order it on Amazon or I have to drive from the Mississippi coast over to the New Orleans/Slidell area of Louisiana to get more. Now that's a fun experience in itself, but it's just easier and cheaper to order it on here. I don't have to drive, and I save money on gas. lol.Oh, and it also comes in the really awesome coffin box, and with a free skull keychain, with the Blair's name permanently inked on its forehead. I could be called the bone collector, I have so many of these skulls hanging off my keychain. lol. But seriously, if you love hot stuff, or you love to mess with your friends, buy this. You will not be disappointed. And you WILL "Feel Alive!"

So good
This has some punch to it. I put some on most of my food and there are times the middle of my tongue and lips are hurting for it, and other times not. It’s funny how our bodies never react the same!! But it always adds to the food. It’s not just heat. It’s a great flavor. Really good on eggs, mixed in with pecans or other nuts, on wings, and on pizza. Oh it also is great on broccoli, I put a little on each floret and it’s wonderful. If you mix it with olive oil or butter it’s like a franks for people who like more heat.

Lives up to the name
I buy a lot of hot sauces. Sometimes they have other weird flavors added, so I put some on my finger and taste them. One kind I got last week had lemon juice in it, for example. I didn't do that with this, but I did have the bright idea to put it up to my nose and inhale deeply, which was a bad idea. Don't do that.I didn't really have any tacos or chili or anything to put it on, so when I cooked a box of mac and cheese, I stirred in exactly 3 drops of this stuff. I took a bite and it was pretty hot; I thought I hadn't stirred it well enough. Turns out 3 drops is plenty/too much for an entire box of mac and cheese.I'm sure you could just put a couple drops in a big pot of chili and you would certainly taste it. I can't comment on the flavor since I just tasted heat. I will eventually order one of the wimpier versions with less heat and then I'll be able to comment on that, but I'll give this a good rating because it claims to be hot and it certainly is. It also comes with a cute little skull keychain. I feel like they could put this in an even smaller bottle, you don't need to use much at all.
