Work well as a training fin

Flexible and durable. What they lack is a better means of securing the fins to the feet. Some kind of Velcro or adjustable strap.

Works in the sea

As a sea swimmer these work and don’t come off. I only use them in calm seas because the stones and sand get inside and underneath your feet in more challenging conditions.
