So far, this product is working as expected - I am a size 9-10 Mens, and the Medium is the right size for me. I somehow injured my foot a couple of days ago and purchased these in hopes they would help, and so far they have. Don't expect them to be a miracle worker - they certainly distribute the pressure on the bottom of your foot to lessen discomfort, which is what I was hoping for, and all I think that can be expected when you're talking about a part of your body that literally is taking impact in the injured area with every step taken. I haven't found them uncomfortable with extended wear, but certainly expect you'll need to loosen your shoes in the metatarsal area or you'll experience very tight fitting shoes (which won't help you find relief). Would definitely buy again.

May not fit in every shoe, but very comfortable and eliminated the pain in the ball of my foot. If wearing barefoot, product is most comfortable

I injured my foot after a lengthy hike. After some research, I ordered three different metatarsal pads all meant to go over the ball of your foot with a gel sleeve sewn in. When they came in, it was obvious that these pads by Brison lived up to the good reviews online. Like other people noticed, it immediately allowed me to walk without pain. My socks fit nicely over the pads and that night I was able to walk my dog again. Looking forward to getting back on the trail, too.

Terrible quality control. I ordered 2packages if these pads. 1pack size L 1 pack size M; 2 pair to a pack. First there is very little difference between the two sizes. Out of the 8 individual pads about half of them had construction issues where the large opening was sewed with the elastic too small. Some of them the seams were rough or with the elastic in a big knot that made them too uncomfortable to wear with a shoe. The ones without construction issues worked well and made for more comfortable walking.

My feet swelled up for no apparent reason. I ordered these Meta pads and after 1 day I noticed a difference. The pad distributes the weight more evenly on the pad of your feet. I would buy them again in a minute.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've had surgery on my left foot in the past. Since the surgery it has been hard to find a shoe that is comfortable for my morning walks. This has been the best cushiony and comfortable foot pads. I will be prchsing some more.Bless the person who thought of this cushion blessing for my feet.

They dont fit well not very comfortable , I am trying to order those that just fit under and not with a section for my toe ut hurts around your toe and does not fit well under the heel of your foot

Good quality and good cushion. I wear wide size 12 shoes. I can put on without problem. But it is too bulky for me. If really need the support, definitely need to wear one size larger shoes. I returned it because I need something to work with existing shoes.
