Great Kitchen Upgrade
If you do your homework, these are a great kitchen upgrade especially if you're repurposing existing cabinetry. We recently bought a home, and new cabinets were outside our budget but painting + new hardware has made a huge difference.Picked these because we didn't need to bore into our cabinetry and I wasn't even sure our old cabinets had enough depth for the other hidden hinges. These are super easy to install, and less intimidating than the kind you have to bore. Our cabinets needed an extra step to ensure the hinge didn't create a gap, but overall the hidden hinges are a great upgrade. This was the best price I was able to find, and they included screws as well as the stoppers.I would recommend that you order one shipment to ensure they'll fit your cabinetry (especially if it's older like ours). Would definitely recommend to others looking for a hidden hinge look without a sky high price tag or intimidation of boring into your cabinets.

Just what I needed.
I built a behind-the-seat storage box for the truck and needed hinges for the lift-up doors. These worked perfectly. They hold the door open until I push it back down and the tension is just right. They do seem extremely "stiff" if you try to manipulate them in your hand. I was concerned about this too, so I mounted one to two small scraps of wood and it opened and closed easily.

Instruction for 1/4" overlay kitchen cabinets
These hinges are nice and big. hold bigger cabinet doors nicely. The reason I gave it a 4 star, it doesn't come with any instructions, you figure it out. They normally sell to the contractors, but due to internet marketplace they are now selling directly to the consumer, but they don't want to invest in some manual. Any way. I have 1/4" overlay doors, meaning door only overlap the frame of the cabinet 1/4" in all side, can't make any mistake. Here is what I did to install them correctly (Mostly). Installed the hinges on the door about 3/8" away from the border with all 4 screws. On the frame I made the hole about 3/8" from the edge. This will keep a gap between frame and the door. the top and the bottom made an eye estimate to make it centered properly. This method work mostly for me, few of my 8 cabinets weren't square, so I had to modify. BTW the little rod side of the hinge goes towards the door. The hinges are triangular the longer side of the triangle goes on the door side. I can only put two screws on the cabinet but my plan is to cut some wood pieces and screw then on the back of the frame and put all four screws. Hinges comes with enough wood screws, I only manage to break the head of one screw. Hope this helps and good luck.

Didn't think this would work but it did
Bought these unique hinges to install a hidden door in a wood panel wall along some cabinets. I played with these things before I installed them and just thought they were too stiff to work. I put them on anyway so I would know for sure and BINGO, they worked! The door is flush with the rest of the wall and these hinges allow it to pivot out and open which a normal hinge would not. They ended up being easy to install. These will work for a hidden door. If you want more stability just use more hinges. Worked our well, I recommend for this kind of installation.

For what I ordered
Not really a good looking solution but definately an inexpensive hingeWorksI would recommend for less optical solutions- garages, outdoor applications, etc

Just like the $5 per hinge you buy at the big box stores
I used these hinges for hanging storage cabinet doors in my garage. They are just like the ones you would buy at a big box home improvement store, but much less expensive. When I bought the first set of hinges locally the cost was almost $11 per door with two hinges. These are the same size and look built to the same specs as the Hickory Hardware hinges available locally. Perhaps the metal is a bit thinner, but it is not enough to impact their performance on the doors. The doors are 22 X 48 and made of 1/2 plywood so they are capable of supporting larger cabinet doors. They open easily and have enough tension to close and hold the doors closed with no issues.

Value for My Money
These look the same as all the others, but less expensive. They are the same size and are used in the same way.I dont see that I would have a problem using them if they are the same as the other brands. If I update this review it will be because they didn't work properly.

Get what you pay for
Bad product. Do yourself a favor and stay away.I know, I know. “What’s this guy’s problem? Can’t operate an impact driver?”That’s probably what I’d be thinking. But this is China trash. Snapped the heads off 5 screws because they aren’t perfectly square. Wish I saved one for a pic. Picture the letter T, but that top line is juuust a little crooked. Yup. That’s about 30% of the screws I got. So they spiral in, and then snap the top if you crank it in. And you want to hammer them home, not just snug them up, because the hinges themselves are also trash. Not firm at all. Hard to explain, but they kind of “drop” with the weight of the door when swinging open or closed.Went to Depot, paid the extra to get half-decent Depot quality hinges there, and even those were well worth the cost of the upgrade. Wish I listened to every bad review that tried to warn me.

Sturdy hinges!
The hinges are really sturdy and easy to install. They can hold up my 1/2 inch cabinet doors with no issueI also bought similar hinges from another seller on amazon, even though they all look similar on the picture, but I ensure you this particular brand is bigger, sturdier, and has much more better build quailty

incredibly stiff
Directions were clear and simpletrade off for not having to drill out for european hinge is that this is an incredibly stiff hinge, and the screws provided are insufficient to the force that is imposed to open closeI used threaded inserts and added 200lb double sided tape as additional supportat the very least swap out the screws provided with good wood or mdf screws.
