Best purchase since my car accident. I was in my 2-door Wrangler and was T-boned on my driver's side by a Ford F150 truck running a red. A stage 4 concussion and other spinal injuries had me come out of unconsciousness from the moment of impact till more than 1 hr. later with a horrible headache starting at the base of my skull and washing over my entire head. I couldn't sleep. Finally, I happened to meet a friendly woman at the suoermarket who'd had a similar accident with similar injuries and she told me about this incredible pillow. I immediately ordered it. All I do is place it around my neck just before I lay down & it gently cushions my neck, whose strong muscle spasms cause much of the headache. It also has enough padding along each side (with the correct shape) to prevent my head from going to either side when I've fallen asleep. I can finally rest and wake up feeling somewhat better. It supports (no pun intended) my physical therapist's miraculous work on my neck. My cervical spine damage is extensive & it makes me unsuitable as a candidate for surgery, but the Happineck pillow makes relaxation & rest possible, giving me hope for some healing. Whoever invented this pillow, I love you! And thank you, Amazon, for carrying it!

I already had one of these pillows for myself an love it, so I ordered one for my daughter and she loves it too.Also if you have an FSA account it is a qualifying purchase.

I purchased the same item from the FSA store, this is not authentic. It's manufactured with inferior fabric cover. Sewn poorly the seams are uneven. The "supportive" cushion has no structure. Shameful

The IMAK Happineck had very mixed reviews so I was hesitant to buy it. I have been through many neck pillows over the years. I am currently in physical therapy for neck pain. I bought this out of desperation. After one night of sleep my neck pain has improved. The other neck pillows allowed me to move my neck into awkward positions while sleeping. This doesn't. Yes, it is very soft and does not seem supportive. Yet, it works!I noticed that the people who rated it 1-3 stars did not use it on a bed or did not use it at all. It is made to "use with a pillow or not at all", not necessarily on an airplane in a very partially reclined position. It is the perfect pillow for me while sleeping in a bed or for travel.

Item feels amazing and helps a lot however after using the care instructions on the tag, it ripped at the seam and item is not returnable. I haven’t even had it a month yet bin so disappointed in the quality of the stitching and fabric

I use this neck support every night. I use it along with my regular pillow and it gives just the right lift under my neck to help relax my neck muscles. When I watch TV in bed I flip it in the other direction to give more support. I'm not sure I could sleep without it. My sister-in-law has ALS and I got her one to use in her recliner and her wheel chair.

I have arthritis in my neck. It is often hard to get comfortable while sitting to watch TV in the evening. This offers great support and comfort while doing so. Especially comfortable when I fall to sleep while watching TV too. Hee hee. No chin in my chest which is horrible for my neck. Highly recommend this pillow! It will definitely be traveling with me!

I have been using the Happineck pillow for 12 years. I always order two at a time. This is not the same pillow I have purchased in the past. It is smaller, less dense, and doesn’t provide the neck support it has previously. The worse part is that I am unable to return either pillow.
