I’ve tried MANY toothbrushes for my picky daughter and this is the only one that has stuck. She loves the design, loves the pink color, it fits comfortably in her mouth and the different vibration settings are awesome and make brushing fun. Her teeth visibly looks whiter using this brush than her old manual toothbrush.One other note: we had an issue with our first brush and I emailed customer service and it was resolved in about 15 minutes! Don’t hesitate to buy this one. I’m going to buy another for my son when he gets old enough.

Update: the company reached out to me and offered a refund and a replacement for my son's toothbrush. We're happy to have a functional toothbrush that effectively cleans his teeth. Thank you vekkia for standing behind your product.Original:I have purchased a total of four vekkia electric toothbrushes for my three children. I bought the first three June 2021, and the dragon one stopped working March 2023. I didn't bother trying to contact the company since it lasted over a year and a half, and I just bought a replacement. They've been working great and keeping my childrens' teeth clean. BUT THEN THAT ONE STOPPED WORKING...My issue now is that my most recent toothbrush purchase stopped working after 10 months. After charging it, you can press the buttons to turn it on, but there are no vibrations even though the lights are on (the same thing happened to the older one too). Super frustrating.(As a side note, the other two from 2021 are still going strong, so 2/4 are a win).

Update: Got in touch with the company and they have shipped a replacement at no cost. They did say they are now working with a new manufacturer as they were having quality issues with the previous one. Happy Mom and kid again!It’s a cute toothbrush and we liked the timer. Unfortunately we’ve had the toothbrush less than a year and it has stopped working. We tried charging it to no avail. Now it’s just an expensive manual brush.

Just opened today so not sure about battery life yet, but so far so good. My 5 year old is terrified of other electric toothbrushes like Spinbrush and the loud noises they make. She is in love with this one and we got lots of giggles when using this one instead of tears. It’s much quieter and more gentle than the spinbrush. We’re happy!

Edit - the company reached out to me and replaced it. Wonderful customer service! ❤️Bought this tooth brush a year ago for my little boy and bought several attachments because he's hard on them.It won't charge now.. I would love for someone to help me with a replacement

EDIT: I reached out to the company on Amazon and they have me a code to replace the toothbrush for free! My son is looking forward to getting his replacement!Worked really nicely for 9 months. Now it won't vibrate. Light turns on, but no vibration. Tried to email the company with no response.
