My baby had dead skin around his eyebrows and all over his head. I tried removing it with a regular wash cloth, but all his hair in the top of his head came out with it! I was so sad but his pediatrician said this is very common with newborns. So instead of trying to continue scrubbing away his hair with a cloth, I got this. It works!!! One use and his dead skin is gone! His head is sooo soft and his hair is already growing back. I really wish I had tried this first before just using a washcloth, or my baby would still have a full head of hair. Don’t scrub the dead skin!! Just get this cradle cap kit and gently exfoliate the dead skin away!

The sponge, brush, and comb are really easy to use and hold. The sponge is the perfect size to put enough product on to lather enough product to wash your babies entire head of hair. The brush and comb made it super easy to loosen and remove flakes without irritating my baby’s scalp. My only complaint is that the sponge comes off the plastic applicator pretty quick so you have to buy replacement sponges fairly regularly.

This truly is the best 3 on one cradle cap brush. It comes with 3 steps, the sponge to lather, the brush with bristles and the fine tooth comb to get the cradle cap flakes (in that order). I love mamafrida products. My only complaints would be that the sponge comes off pretty quick, however thats why the sell replacement sponges separately. And that the fine tooth comb at the end is so fine that the cradle cap flakes get stuck in the so you know it's really doing its job. You just have to soak it to remove the skin flake debris. Definitely cleared up my baby girls cradle cap within 2-3 uses. She looked like she was glowing!

This is my first Amazon review and I’m only writing it because I’m blown away by this product. My son has major cradle cap and I used it for the first time today and go SO MUCH OFF! I read reviews and most people said it took about a week for it to completely be resolved but at the rate today went I have full faith those people were correct.

This shipped and arrived quickly. I used it immediately and it worked like a charm! 10/10 recommend every time! Didn't seem to bother my little one either.

The product overall is great! Definitely works to remove cradle cap and dandruff. I only gave 4 stars because the sponge does easily come unglued. We’ve repurchase once thinking we may have been too rough with the first one, but the second one still came unglued after a few weeks. My baby doesn’t have a lot of hair, so I’m not sure if the glued on sponge would hold better or worse with more hair. Not a huge problem, still definitely worth the price.

Just tried this out and it worked so well! Took off all my baby’s cradle cap and dandruff in one wash combined with the mustela cradle cap shampoo and gel!
