Why the frother keeps falling off. no window to return it to amzon after 3 month of use. can i have elitapro contact for replacement?

I contacted the company directly when I had a default frother that stopped working after about a month. The company was VERY RESPONSIVE and KIND! They immediately replaced my frother at no charge or hassle. They simply wanted my name and address. You can email them from your order history page. Hope that helps!

How do you open this to put in the batteries?

There is a indentation on the back near the button on the top. At the bottom of this indentation there is a tiny metal tab. You need to press down on that tab for the battery case to open. It is not obvious. It took me a while to figure it out.

Are there any suggestions on how to remove a stuck battery? The ribbon failed to take it out

I wish I had this problem, by batteries won't stay in.

What is the maximum speed?

It will go as fast as you want it to go. But don't fill your cup all the way up to the top. Because u will have a mess. But I I love it.
