I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this blender/ processor definitely deserve a five-star rating. I bought this appliance around October 2020. I rarely used it in the past, but recently I became a bit more domestic and decided to try new foods. This product is large, effective but still not very loud. It has multi-function capabilities-mixes, crushes, grates, liquefy, puree and can emulsify any food or substance. In addition, it is so user friendly that it encourages you to try new things with it. One of the things I love most about it is that it is effortless to clean.I am delighted with the value for money.In addition to that, the customer service is exceptional. I had a slight issue where I didn't comprehend how to work one of the many pieces that came with it, so I emailed the seller. A representative contacted me promptly with such a pleasant and helpful attitude. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and satisfied before our communication ended. It was such an obvious fix I felt like a bat for contacting them in the first place. Nonetheless, he went above and beyond what I expected, and I am so satisfied.

I bought this after finding it in a review of the top 10 blender/processor combos of the last year, it was the most reasonably priced by quite a margin and I was not disappointed. Had some difficulty getting the processor to work but the staff called me quickly and sorted me out in no time (user error - the lid shute should be on the same side as the handle to lock into place). It’s a great product, has all the attachments I could need and is a great size too. Easy to use and easy to clean!

This item does not cut and chop as described. It basically shreds and mushes it causing a pulpy mess.The slicing option is next to useless as it slices so thin leaving it almost see through and still attached.Every time you take the jug/basin off the centre adapter flies off as it’s not secure.I would have sent this item back had I not put the packaging straight in the recycling.I definitely would not buy this again or recommend anyone else does.I’m only giving it one star due to it being delivered very quickly.

Only used once but works perfectly, good price delivered quickly

One star for on time delivery as a delayed Christmas present for a friend visiting from Spain. That's all though as when he took it back home, unpacked it and went to use it he found it functioned - but only for 30 seconds. He smelt electrical burning as he was juicing then the whole thing just seized up. I contacted the suppliers and they said return it to them (not understanding the item was now in Spain). When I said it could not be returned until the end of this year as posting items (thanks Brexit) is now too difficult, they has been total silence from them. You have been warned!Edit 8 April 2025....completely of their own doing the suppliers contacted me to say they would issue a full refund via Amazon. Full marks to the company for doing just that and I confirm the refund was received today...10 April.
