I do not know anything about Pink Power. The hawkforce scissors were not unusually loud and did a terrific job.

Can they cut s-shaped or curved patterns?

You should be able to, although I don't know how intricately they can cut. I would experiment first and draw different shapes on pieces of cardboard and try to see if the scissors can do the job. I would proceed slowly though until I was confident.
