Noisy, but works
I purchased this item to put in my aquarium while my power was out. It works just fine. It's a bit noisy, but it does the job.

Bang for your buck!
We were moving 1200 miles away to our new home. I consulted with our fish guy if our beloved fish could humanly move with us. I was willing to give our fish of 6 years away if we couldn’t successfully move them with us.We purchased these pumps, 5 gallon buckets with screw on lids that were good grade to move our babies. Keeping as much water is important to re-establish our 55 gallon tank because the ideal amount of new water is only 25%.The pumps battery operated worked wonders. We had an awful hiccup in our travel and instead of a 20 hour trip it took days. The pumps kept going. The batteries didn’t need to be changed out.We got moved and set up with our little fish babies.

Not enough air
This thing did not work at all. I bought it so that I could transport my fish with me to school (a 9 hour drive). I got it and the pump barely gave off any air. I could feel it coming out of the tube if it was 2 inches from my face/hand but no further than that. Once you put the air stone on it, there was no air coming out of it. Total waste of money!!

Works great for when the wind blows & the power goes out
I like the fact that it’s easy to load the batteries, I haven’t had to use it thankfully with all these stupid hurricanes floating around, but I did test it in the tank and the air stone worked better than the I have in the tank I mean it really works good. I would definitely recommend this to my friend!!!

Some haven’t worked so make sure to rest them when you get them other than that if buy again it does what it’s supposed to if it works

Pumps good amount of air
Luckily I haven't had to use it yet. But I did try it out. It pushes a lot of air into my 30 gal. tank. So works well for a great price.
