Great dependable Company, high quality plants.
The Golden bamboo they sent was in excellent condition. Shipped in it ‘s pot, well wrapped with stretch plastic film. Roots and soil were well maintained and moist. I paid $49.99. Very happy.I purchased a similar Golden bamboo from a company called Ty Ty Nursary. Paid $150 and received a dead plant with a bone dry root ball. The gel moisture pad was not properly secured and fell off the root ball. Been on the phone for 3 days, was told that they would send me an email, that I should reply to with photos. Yet to receive any email, will call them tomorrow and hope they keep their word. Not betting the ranch that I will get a refund or new ‘live’ plant😡

Had to send it back.
The leaves were all dead. Except 2 tiny ones. It was not like the picture at all. Only a few twigs dry and brown (already dead). Soggy dirt that was loose in the box. Nothing good about it.

Poor root system
The bamboo was barely alive with no root system. This was a poor product

Arrived in a protected box with Saran Wrap around the entire pot.
The plants survived Amazon transit. We opened them from a sturdy box. Saran Wrap tightly around the pot and soil. The soil was still moist and only a few leaves yellowed. After four days, the new plants are in the ground and thriving. We live only an hour from where the nursery is so I am sure that helped. I am impressed we could order them from Amazon!

Not that healthy or pictured as advertised
The media could not be loaded. Received half dead. Bought as a gift but too embarrassed to give until it’s brought back to a good health. A very few starts but tall, thin and pretty bare.

No more.
Edit almost a year after purchasing: the bamboo is doing much better. It just needed some TLC. It was strong enough that a couple of months ago I divided it into two pots.Very scraggly. First (and last) time buying a plant online. Definitely not as pictured.

2 Plants
I ordered two of these to plant by my fence and I gotta say I really like how they shipped them. The soil was still damp and the bamboo had little stress as well. Both of the plants survived and they were both different in size. One was a bit taller with three shoots, the other was smaller and bushier. So either way I got my money worth!

Very disappointed
I am done and have learned my lesson about buying plants online. Never again. The plant I received looked 70% dead, and it looked as if a branch had been picked up from some bamboo field and inserted into the little shipping container.
