The devil dogs taste very similar to Susie q except it didn't have enough of the white cream in the middle.

No other snack cake comparable...

I was raised in N.J. and lived there for many yens before moving to California/ I used to have relatives dome a favor and ship them to me . I am so happy to find Drake's Dan) Dogs out here. The junk food in California doesn't measure up of tempt we at all, But my Devil Dogs are divine. I freeze the extra for times of cravings Then I defrost or open the wrapper and microwave for 8 seconds. Love that they are available for a fair "Jersey" price .on Amazon. Hope to see in stores though that maybe too much of a stretch, distance- wise, for Drakes. Heaven to find on Amazon!

Love devil dogs but hate waiting more then half a month for them 🙃 someone needs to step up on the shipping lol

I used to eat the message child back in the '50s growing up and they were my favorite snack. The devil dogs today may look the same but they are smaller, The cake part is not as dark a chocolate as I remember, and the white filling was very skimp. I was not totally disappointed but probably won't buy them again.

Back in the day I could only find these up north now that McGee foods bought them out I found them on Amazon they also have cupcakes to which are good I have already placed 2 orders for these
