So far so good....
I've been wanting to get a textured PEI plate for my Prusa I3Mk3 for a while. Well, I pulled the trigger on this and so-far have not been sorry. After using the smooth Prusa build sheet from day one, I've gotten used to prints occasionally popping off mid-print. So far that hasn't happened with this sheet. I had all but given up with PETG and ABS, but I'm looking forward to trying those on this sheet as well. If it works anywhere as well as PLA has so far I'll be extremely happy. Now, to address the thinness of the build plate. Yes this plate appears to be about half the thickness of my original build plate. Yes you do have to set up a new build plate profile, but you would have to do that with any new build plate. I simply ran a first layer calibration and within minutes was getting a perfect first layer. With that said, there has been no problem with it magnetically sticking to the printer bed. So far, I haven't had to remove the build plate to remove my prints. I simply wait for the bed to cool to room temperature and the parts almost lift right off without flexing. This may change with other filament types, but so far this has been the case for me. If anything I would think that the thinner sheet would allow parts to come off easier when flexing is required. Time will tell.Based on the success I've already had with this plate, I just ordered a second plate as a back-up. I'm hoping the next one works equally as well as this one has so far.

Great so far
I have used this for about 180+ hours of printing so far and it works flawlessly. I printed all the parts for my Prusa Box and they came out perfect without a singe failed print due to layer adhesion. I wish I could say that for the Original Prusa build plates that came with my machine. I tend to always have issues with those. Not a single problem with first layer adhesion on this new plate. No glue or hairspray, or other sticky gunk needed. So far this is the best build plate I have used in recent months. I have tried a number of other brands and some are too textured, some the surface came off when I removed the prints and others were just as bad as the Prusa ones. Another thing I really like is that this one’s texture is very close to the same texture as the Original Prusa plate. It’s textured but not like the surface of the moon like others I’ve tried, well that’s and exaggeration, but if you have some of those other textured plates you know what I mean. I highly recommend this plate.

Excellent!
Update-I’ve had this sheet for 8 months now and it still gets five stars. It has worked perfectly with every filament I’ve tried regardless of brand or type—PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU worked and stuck perfectly. PETG sticks a little well so I just spray some windex on it and let it sit and then the parts come off perfectly. I have printed hundreds of parts on this sheet and it still looks brand new. Every few prints I spray some 98% IPA on and wipe it off. Five stars for sure.Original review: I’ve had this for about five months and printed lots of brands of filament on it. This works extremely well for PLA and PETG. I rarely even take it off of the bed to bend it to get the parts off. Most of the time they just pop right off, especially PLA. The handful of times I’ve had adhesion issues, a quick spritz of 90% isopropyl alcohol and it’s perfect again. It also leaves a really neat impression on the bottom of the parts.PETG adheres *almost* too well and will come off with bending the sheet or scraping with a PETG printed scraper. The prime line is pretty difficult to get off with PETG though and I usually have to use my fingernail.I have not tried TPU or any more exotic filaments yet.5/5 stars, great buy.

Love this product!!!
I am new to 3D printing, but figuring it out. I bought these because I messed my original smooth Prusa plate up by printing PTEG on it with my Prusa MK3S+. This plate works fantastic for PTEG and has worked very well with PLA for me. As others have mentioned, once the plate cools, models pop right off. It is harder to get PTEG off of a hot plate, but it can be done. Overall, I wish Prusa would send this plate as OEM. It would have made my learning curve easier.

Quality part, not perfect for PETG
I'm using the textured PEI bed on a Prusa MK3s.Bed and packaging is nice and includes tamper stickers and ways to verify authenticity. A slight nitpick is that the bed itself has a tamper evident sticker that is difficult to remove, but it is near the rear edge and doesn't seem to affect auto bed leveling. The bed itself is thinner than the stock Prusa steel bed but is still very magnetic and has a very strong connection to the printer.Adhesion with PLA is good, but I primarily got this for PETG and adhesion is inconsistent. It seemed perfect out of the box but after a few weeks of use it is unreliable. I have found cleaning with IPA to help but only have up to 90%.The surface also seems somewhat fragile. The coating on the underside is already showing damage from what I can assume is contact with the stock magnetic build plate.

Great replacement board for mk3s/+
I had the official prusa powder bed...and it was AWEFUL. Decided to replace it wit the Thekkiinngg one, and MY GOD, absolutely great adhesion right out the gate.I had to update my z-offset, but after that? perfect 1st layer.would definitely recommend

Alright, but I would look elsewhere
This PEI sheet has a very inconsistent textured surface coating, especially near the corners where it thins right out. Adhesion is decent, but expect corner warping on large footprint PLA prints without glue. Overall I would recommend looking elsewhere, this one is getting tossed due to the poor surface inconsistencies.

You won’t regret this!
I rarely if ever write reviews, I figure you get what you pay for, end of story. But having recent issues with adhesion on my Prusa I3 Mk3 I figured I’d give it a shot. All I can say is the difference is truly night and day! No more issues with the first layer and the adhesion is rock solid until the print is done. Another great advantage is that by the time the plate has cooled the parts pop off by themselves. Point of note, at the time I purchased this I also acquired a Sunlu S2 dryer and silicone hotend socks (both thru Amazon) and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Buy it today and you’ll be thanking yourself tomorrow.
