The Irish Don’s Black Beauty: Part One Kindle Edition

I have no idea what the 5-star reviewers read that I did not. Maybe I need to look for an update on my content. The plot was decent, yet wholly unbelievable. I guess somewhere in mobland or the Irish Isles, anything is possible but him at 18 totally thugged out and a made man with millions to blow...She is 17 I have absolutely no words for her. This is why I do not read young adult / coming of age - cause these two are at least 35 to 40 actually in human years except her head is in the clouds somewhere. Anyway, I was definitely stuck and suspended because it was a train wreck I could not put down. Yes I kept reading, or skip reading because the numerous errors caused great disturbance to not only the flow of the book, but actually understanding the passages of the text and intent of direction. Disturbing. Or again, everyone else who reviewed this work seemed to not see what I saw so, yeah, don't take my word for it.

I cannot get into a story that has no editing, what so ever. It is important for the plot, the characters, and just the pure enjoyment of reading, to make sure the writing is professional for the readers. This story would have been so much better, if not for the rush to print. The middle, towards the end of the story, the errors become numerous. I wish I could over look the lack of editing and give this book five stars. However, spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors are impossible to ignore.

Had I known this was a cliffhanger I wld not have purchased this book. In spite of the grammatical errors it was a good read. Dnt purchase this if you dnt like cliffhangers. Wait until the second book is released then read them together. It takes two long for sequels to be released so I purchase books that end in cliffhangers and follow authors who only write cliffhangers. I will finish this series but I am not sure if I will purchase more books by this author. Again, this was a good read, errors and all, but I am not a fan of books with multiple parts to them. Authors who that should release the books together.

Kahlani Yvette Edwards had a 3-year crush on what she thought was an ordinary high schoolboy. That could not have been further from the truth. Conner Erinin O' Shea appeared to be a quiet student, but he had a secret. He was the heir apparent to the Irish Mafia. His childhood was not the average loving family experience. He was abused as a child in his training for his future life, by his hideous father, Don Patric O'Shea. The only people to ever show him love was his grandfather and the young girl he had come to love with all of his heart. His head kept telling him not to get involved with Kahlani, his Beauty, his Donna, his Queen, but his heart could not let her go. She quieted his soul and brought true love to his life for the first time in his life. He was an eighteen-year-old boy who was forced to grow up far before his time. He promised her father to protect her but failed to. He could not forgive himself for failing her. In his ainst in realizing the worst, his dark personality took over and the kind sweet boy that attracted Kahlani to him waned into the dark personality of Don Balor.This story written by Rose Marie was very interesting. The beginning failed to keep my attention but I kept reading. The ending was more exciting and heartbreaking. I find it hard to accept that the two main characters were so young. My preference is to read about more mature characters. I would hate to think of such young kids involved in that lifestyle. Patric O' Shea was a heinous monster that preyed on innocence.The only serious problem I had with this book is that it is in dire need of re-editing. There were just too many errors that affected the flow and comprehension of the story. A couple of errors I could overlook but this was irritating.

I can honestly say that I am at a loss for words. This is truly a phenomenal book in my personal opinion and that's saying a lot. I was among the lucky ones to have been able to have read the original drift on Wattpad and I didn't think that it could have gotten any better than that. I realize now how wrong I was. In this version of the story, you're able to see both Conner and Kahlani develop into stronger characters. Whereas in the original things felt a little more rushed with their relationship, which left holes or arose more questions about the plot. There are some grammar mistakes throughout the book, but no true masterpiece is without flaws. It is definitely worth the buy and the read, you won't regret it. This book will have you at the edge of your seat ready to scream, laugh and just downright get into a fistfight. This book leaves you wanting so much more, not only from Conner and Kahlani but also from the side characters throughout the book. I look forward to more books to come from this author.

Shy Kahlani had been in love with Conner from afar for almost 4 years. Worked up the nerve to ask who she thought was a shy, quiet red headed valedictorian classmate from Ireland on a date! Needless to say her opinions of him were totally wrong, changed from the very 1st date. Conner was the most self confident no nonsense guy who falls in love with Kahlani who brings him peace of mind because he is crazy, actually psychotic but not with her.The Irish Don’s Black Beauty has become one of my favorite books! I would highly recommend this book. I rather you read it for yourself because it’s a great story. Rosemarie, I give you a HIGH 5 on this one! Can’t wait for the sequel! I think I would like my own Conner...lol

I love this story, from Wattpad to here, a fantastic read. Only issue is I genuinely think it needs to be properly proof-read it has a lot of spelling errors, including missing letters and words and certain times certain sentences don’t make sense. If you can look past that, this is a fantastic read can’t wait for part 2.

This is one of the best BWWM I have ever read. This author storyline kept me so intrigued i could not put this book down.I highly recommend reading this author and this book.It is also very very very steamy
