This is a very very high end product. Beautifully designed. Well worth the money. I owned a Miele before. This is a step above that because the motor head is way better designed. Lighter, quieter, more ergonomic and easier to maintain. I chose this over the E3 because the K3 is a smaller and that is a huge consideration in my small apartment where every inch counts. I don't like a lot of buttons so the tug and retract chord is preferable. There is also less plastic in the bag on the K3 compared to the E3. And the filtration seems better. Very maneuverable with a thinner hose than the E3. Love it.

I think it’s a great vacuum! I read other reviews before I bought it as well as seeing it on Wirecutter. One review on Amazon said that it was difficult to snap the pieces together. I have RA and was hesitant to purchase but I don’t see what they had issue with. For me (and my hands are not good) it’s easy to click the parts together. There was an issue with the shipment which was fed ex fault. It arrived wet and the box was badly crushed. Fed ex and amazon were difficult to deal with but the store owner was fantastic! Excellent customer service- above and beyond. I like the vacuum very much and I love this shop that happens to sell through Amazon.

Love this vacuum on hard wood floors (it cleaned up a glitter spill incredibly well). Love the sturdiness of the parts, and I feel confident the parts will last a long time without cracking or failing. My only complaint is that I wish the roller head was a tad smaller because it is a little big for doing carpeted stairs; the vacuum loses suction because it is too big to get a great seal on the standard size stair depth. We have 3 flights of carpeted stairs and were hoping the canister model would be easier to use and would get the stairs clean. We are looking forward to swapping to laminate, and are sure the hardwood head will do great on the stairs then.

This is a very nice vacuum. The adjustable height power head works equally well on our 0.75 inch pile polyester carpet and on the thin area rugs located around the house. Has a “well built” feel to it. Relatively lightweight and quiet. Shipping very quick.

I upgraded from my Dyson vacuum after experiencing battery issues, and what a difference! Where the Dyson struggled, the SEBO excels with superior suction power and consistent performance. I can't believe how much dust this vacuum picked up during a deep clean of my house—it’s clear the Dyson was not up to the task.The canister design is another big plus. It allows me to maneuver the vacuum head into tight spaces without carrying the weight of the entire unit, unlike the Dyson.I was initially apprehensive about the price, but if this vacuum lasts anywhere near as long as people say it does, it will be worth every penny. Not having to deal with the frustration of a failing Dyson battery is a game-changer.I will update this review if the unit ever fails, but for now, I am thoroughly impressed.

Just got it - seems excellent for both carpet and floors. Just right amount of suction and smooth.

The vacuum works and it sucks the dirt in and that’s about all I can say. I wouldn’t have bought this knowing what I now experienced. It’s not as easy to operate on a daily basis. It feels like work and for a relatively lazy household that we are, that means we are now not vacuuming as much, which is a shame specially when you spend $900 on a solution and you end up not using it as much.Also the head is good for carpet and not as efficient for hardwood floors. I wish I got something simpler but more usable.

Best vacuum I have ever bought. It’s so much easier to use then my Kirby. This sebo has very powerful suction. Clean pet hair with easy. Would recommend this vacuum to anyone. This is worth every penny too
