I was disappointed to get the product box out of the Amazon box and find a huge hole in the side. The frame inside was damaged on the back (not visible from the front) and the edge of the frame slightly chipped. Beyond that damage, which is not reflective of the product itself, I feel like this is a low-quality item. The backing is slightly warped and feels cheap. I had to cut the demo photo out of the frame because one edge was glued into the backing. I understand I did not pay a high price for this frame, but I was disappointed in the product I received. However, I didn't have time to return it and get a new one. If you are considering this frame, I would look elsewhere.
