I ordered the product on Tuesday, 08/20/2019 and had noticed that the status for UPS continually showed shipped. I called Edgecross X customer service, and was pleasantly surprised that the owner and inventor of the device answered the phone. I had a few questions about the product and basically how it worked. Steven was more than willing to spend time with me on the phone to explain the different uses. That in itself was beyond normal customer service. I then asked if he could possibly track my shipping since I had no updates. He not only tracked shipment, but called me back multiple times with updates. There was apparently a small snafu (which I wasn't even worried about) since I wasn't even expecting the shipment until next week. Not only did Steve apologize profusely, but ensured that it was shipped correctly and I should receive shipment next week. I found that this was customer service at it's best, and I'm certain that the product will live up to all the accolades I've read about it. Thank's Steve

Purchased this product and I have to say it's a great idea, good functional, solid piece of equipment very well made, exceptional costumer service, Steve took care of a little hiccup when I placed the ordered in an honorable way, I highly recommend buying this equipment for its functionality and intended use, and you can buy with confidence knowing that this company and its owners are honest and attentive to costumers.

Much harder than doing regular push-ups with your hands or parallettes. I have the basic bar and mat. I am considering buying the stability accessory. This is a real workout.

Actual product review TBD, this is a review of my experience with EdgeCross ordering process and customer support.My experience ordering from EdgeCross X:I ordered this product after seeing it on Pat McNamara’s Instagram page. Loved the idea that is was a novel piece of exercise equipment that seemed to have functional carryover to everyday life. I mean, how could improving your balance and having a more integrated core be a bad thing? It being handmade in the US is always a great excuse to make an impulse buy :)I knew if Pat McNamara posted himself using it, this was an exercise implement worth owning...Pat is an ex special forces soldier turned social media influencer. He is also the king of a no-nonsense approach to functional and results-based training.I submitted my order through the EdgeCross x official site, paid, and eagerly awaited the arrival of my product.Unfortunately, five days later my order had still not shipped, with no ETA or updates.I found out this was due to an order processing delay possibly from using PayPal to checkout. The owner of the company contacted me via email over the weekend, then directly on my cell phone during normal business hours. Not only did he take ownership of the situation and fully explain the cause, he was very eager to make things right and ensure I was left happy with my decision to purchase the product.You could tell not only was he passionate about this product, but he's also working hard to ensure his customers have a great experience Before, During, and After the purchase is made. A business owner going above and beyond like this is a breath of fresh air in a day where you could very easily get away with saying something to the effect of "during periods of high order volume, order processing may be delayed up to 1 week. – thank you for your patience"Steve did the exact opposite, he apologized for my experience, he took ownership of the issue, and he ensured things were taken care of moving forward. This is ideal leadership and customer service that make me happy to part ways with my money. In fact, I may have to gift one of these soon just so I can further support this company and how they CHOOSE to do business!knowing how much Steve and his team believe in this product, I am expecting great things and will be happy to come back after I've gotten a few solid workouts in to comment on my experience using the product.TLDR: Had a hiccup during the ordering process. After the owner reached out to me personally to resolve the issue, I have only good things to say about my order experience.
