Hayward Pool Heater, 110,000 BTU (W3HP21104T), Tan

My unit never worked ever. It was shipped to me brand new with a broken compressor. Someone didn't do their job. Hayward said their units are tested before shipped. Had to have someone come out and look at it he works for Hayward he told us it was shipped to us broke ok cool Hayward will fix this yeah right. Was told parts are covered but not labor , I'm sorry but this Hayward heat pump was sent to me broken you should pay for the labor which cost me another 700.00. The Hayward tech who came out to fix it said Hayward use to sell great units, but he wouldn't recommend them and neither would I. They are all about the money and hanging out their customers to dry. I wish there was no stars cause they are horrible. Don't buy a Hayward heat pump

After 4 years, I didn't have a single year that it didn't break down. Usually more than once.
