The media could not be loaded.  These mats are not perfect but at the price, they will do. I never imagined that finding a good set of placemats would be sooo difficult!Firstly, my table is a bit narrow (28" x 60") so I was happy to find these smaller-than-average placemats.They came packaged flat in plastic but maintained some not-too-obvious fold marks from flopping in the box. Maybe the seller can consider placing a sheet of cardboard in the plastic to ship.These mats do a great job at keeping moisture off the table; unlike my woven vinyl ones.Are they non-skid? Definitely not! But neither are the ones that I contemplated purchasing at $25 (according to reviews)! These skid way less than my woven vinyl mats, however.I like that they are easy to clean and that they protect the table from further damage (to some extent).These are great for families with children.I don't have the nerve to test their resistance to heat because I have no intentions of searching for another set of placemats any time soon😅.My table rule: If you can't hold it with your bare hands, don't rest it on the bare mat.I think these mats can last a while if treated with care.

I started using this mat one week a go. Until now every thing is fine in terms of cleaning . I need more time to determine whether it’s good in heat resistance and durability. I will send more feedback later.

These are perfect on our kitchen table. They wipe clean very easy and are a nice, simple design. Great deal.

Placemats crumpled into a box that was a couple inches too small and came misshapen on one end. Hopefully they will flatten out; if not, returning for another set cause they are really nice looking. Can’t answer re: heat tolerance or cleanability but am expecting acceptable performance. Amazon shipping, this would have been better in an envelope.Update: threw them in dryer on low with damp towel and they flattened out easily. Love these mats-protect from heat very well and easy to wipe clean. May get another set!

Kinda small but came flat in a box, not rolled up. Look great

I was hoping for a thicker place mat than what I had. These are thicker but still pretty flimsy. Don't expect to pick them up and carry crumbs to the sink easily. Visually though these look great in my dining room so I'm glad I got them.

I bought these to replace a woven set. We use them first and foremost to keep our dining areas clean. They work very well for that. I like the heat resistance, although that's not a big deal for us. It won't replace a pot holder or hot plate, but it does protect surfaces. The front is easy to clean with a sponge (or even sometimes just a wipe with a damn paper towel), but the back is textured (to prevent slipping) and is a little harder to clean. These get daily use and show no damage after 6 months. We tried standard cloth place mats (hard to clean) and woven sets (not spill proof) and this set is by far the cheapest and work the best. I wouldn't use them for a dinner party, but great for daily meals.

These mats are attractive and easy to clean and appear to be durable.But they are not really non-slip. They slide around too easily on a smooth tabletop.
