How do you Attach a name tag to the lanyard

Is there any metal in these? i work in mri so i need something i can take into the magnet room.

There is what appears to be a metal spring in the adjustable button. I tried some magnets and did note a reaction (the button followed the magnets).

Can this be used with a Voyager 5200 Bluetooth?
