My skin is very dry and dehydrated with some visible fine lines especially on the forehead and around the corner of the eyes. I have started adding Ceramide-containing skincare line into my beauty routine since a few months ago since I've heard that ceramides can help boost the skin’s barrier function, reduce irritation, and moisturize the skin, which may also reduce the appearance of fine lines and restore hydration back to the skin and make it plump and supple again.But I'm a little bit disappointed as I don't really see dramatic improvement from using them so I thought I should up the game by taking some ceramides supplement to help repair and strengthen skin barrier for my face from within in order to produce a faster and better result.Since taking these ceramides capsules a few weeks ago, I'm glad to say that I have now noticed that my skin is softer, healthier and the fine lines are less visible. It's still a long way to go to see a more dramatic result but it's working. I guess the combination of taking ceramide supplement together with using topical ceramide-infused skincare is the winning formula.Ceramides basically are already naturally found within the skin but as we age, our natural ceramide reserves depleted and skin will lose its protective barrier against damage from the sun, irritants and pollution making the skin becomes dry and lack moisture.There are 90 Vegan ceramide capsules in the bottle. It's recommended to take one capsule in the morning with food. They are free from binders, fillers or artificial ingredients. Non-GMO and also gluten-free. Some of the capsules or pills that I have taken before are quite large and they can cause a bit of discomfort when swallowing whereas, these capsules are of a regular size and are easy to swallow. Together with 350 mg phytoceramide, it also has Vitamin A, C, D and E.As for taking any oral herbal supplements, always be aware there might be side effects especially for people with the weaker digestive system or people with health issues. Smells odd

I have eczema since I was born and I struggled a lot with my dry skin for many years. I found phytoceramides last year and I was very excited to try it. This supplement contains 90 capsules which are 3 months supply. After 3 months my skin feels amazing. During the winter my skin did not get as dry as usually. I still can't believe that my skin is really hydrated even though sometimes I forget to use body lotion. For me it is one of the top suplements as it helps me a lot with my dry skin and eczema. I am going to buy it again. Highly recommended!
