Taste and work great! I do find, however, that taking 2 once a day does not cut it for me. I generally take 4 per day to help with regularity (in addition to a high-fiber diet). I think you’ll enjoy these! Taste much better than most other fiber gummies! :-)

Citrus topical taste. Very good however when shipping gummies in warmer weather they are received mushy and stuck together so it’s an issue but I quickly put them into the refrigerator to firm up a bit.

I’ve tried several fiber gummies as part of my daily health regimen and these are by far my favorite. The fiber amounts are about the same as other high quality gummies but I prefer the taste and texture of these. After trying several brands I now have these on auto re-order.
