Works great. Fairly easy install.
Pretty easy install after finding the QR code to watch a video as well as look it up on YouTube to see somebody else that has installed it and there extra hints.

Read before installing
This works just as advertised. Couple of suggestions. First DO NOT hook up the device to the cable hookups until the cable is installed in car and you are ready to program. Do not have car on when you start to plug things in.Takes only 20 min to get started. The instructions are good but the video cuts out before done. Follow until end of video and then look at the written instructions in the box and you will be OK.Nice job.

Great addition to the 4Runner, easy to install.
Well worth it!!! Easy to install (not quite as easy as the video install in a Sienna). Directions are clear and I had no problems at all. Excellent plug and play remote starter. Highly recommend.

It definitely worked on my 2016 4 runner
Great lil plug and play remote starter just love that it works with the cars remote no additional remotes needed. Took me about an hour to get hooked up and programmed. Great price considering the Toyota brands are over 400.00 for their remote starters

Great value and easy install.
Everything was plug and play and easy to install easy to program. Tech support was great and helped solve my issues. For my 2019 Toyota Sienna the OEM remote doesn't reach very far so I added Fortin RFK942 one of many suggested by Start-X website. For some reason I had to buy the RFA2A kit even though the T-Harness already had a provision for the antenna, it didn't power the antenna and wouldn't allow me to program the remotes.RFA2A - I had to make a slight modification to the power input connector to accept the connector from the Start-X T-Harness. This is more to try an be helpful as I feel this issue is with the connector on the RFA2A. I left a review for that Start-X to RFK942.If using a Fortin Kit get the information off the remote start module and your amazon order # then email tech support. They will direct you to what module that this is similar to so you can get the remote programming instructions to your specific vehicle.The only reason I took off one star was due to the fact the information was scattered which is somewhat understandable as the antenna kit was from a different company but if they are going to suggest it they should have the information on their website. Also, because the harness has the provision for an antenna but didn't power and needed the extra connector.

This product is fantastic! Affordable remote starter. I couldn't believe how easy it was to install. So far it works great!! Highly recommend
