Great product!
Thought it was too form at first, then I removed the insert. Now it's perfect. Adjustable to your comfort level. Has helped alot. The warm/ cool pad is a nice addition also!

So glad I bought this. It gives really good support for my back. It comes with a pad that you can either heat up or cool.

Comfortable
It's very comfortable I used it for my gaming chair but I'm going to get one for my car also because it supports my back, and the gel pack gives it a soothing feeling.

Should have bought one that was not FSA eligible
This is the worst back support I've ever had. A rolled towel might be better. I only purchased this because it was FSA eligible and I wish I would have bought one out of pocket. It is very uncomfortable. It provides the bare minimum of support. I just may see if I can return it, and I don't return much unless it's terrible. Well, IMHO it's terrible. The only reason it is being rated so highly is because it is well constructed. Not saying much if it does not serve its purpose.

Great purchase
This is the second one I've purchased because I lent my first one to my 27-year-old. This lumbar support pad has saved my back. I use it for my office chair at work.
