Well made - thick, soft material. But they’re big.
I bought these for my son (age 10, 85 lbs, taller than most of his peers, usually wears a size L) but they were too long and too big in the waist. We will put them away for next year.Side note: they fit me (mom, 5’7” 115 lbs) well. A bit baggy, but very comfy.

Great quality
My son loves these pajama pants more than his others because: they are very comfy, great quality (thick fabric), have pockets and warm. IMO they are much better quality than his other pajama pants and will last longer.
