I have been in the market for a gaming chair from quite some time and after a lot of research, I'd say this chair is undoubtedly the best for the features it provides at the price at which this is offered. There are a handful of chairs a bit inexpensive than this but that premium this chair is charging is worth the features.The Good1.) The assembly process was not very cumbersome. It might feel overwhelming seeing so many parts and screws but once you get going there won't be much in your way. Just make sure to follow along the video the manufacturer has uploaded on their channel which you can either find by searching on YouTube or scanning the QR code provided with the manual.2.) Chair is comfortable, feels sturdy, one can easily have long sessions sitting on the chair without feeling uneasy or feeling any discomfort. The material used is faux leather (synthetic leather) and has a good feel to it. It's too early to say how long is thag feel gonna last but given the quality of the material doesn't feels cheap, I'd say this is not something to worry about.3.) The footrest is the best thing about this chair. I was reluctant to use it for long durations because it felt like the bars which supports the footrest would snap off if I put too much pressure on it or keep my legs on it for a prolonged duration but suffice to say that it's not coming off anytime soon or ever for that matter unless you try to crush it with the force of a thousand suns.4.) The massager, it just works. I thought this was a gimmick but they actually pulled through and included a decent motor which does a damn good job of making your lower back feel good or whatever part of your body you're using it on. After a long day, I just like to pull back and just leave it on for a good 30 minutes.Some minor gripes.1.) I think this is not exclusive to this certain chair but to all gaming chairs in general. The upper pillow which is supposed to support your neck is just too damn uncomfortable. You'd be much better off removing it while sitting because there's no way you can get used to the way it feels although you might wanna put it back on in case you want to recline it at an angle of 110° or more.2.) The lower back lumbar support pillow takes some time to get used to. You have to go through a series of trial and error to find the right fit. I wouldn't say that it's a bad thing, but I was expecting the pillow to fit in like a glove and to my dismay it sort of felt awkward initially until I adjusted it to a couple of different positions. Also I wish if the pillow was a bit bigger in size, but I'm happy with what we have right now as well.Overall, I'd say I made the right choice by going with this chair. There's a lot of commotion about how gaming chairs are just a gimmick and not worth your hard earned money, but I found this to be untrue. A chair needs to be comfortable be it an offoce chair or a racecar chair and this chair does the job damn well.

Chair is great. Someone might think it to be a bit expensive but the comfort it gives is worth the cost. If you spend most of the time in front of your laptop/desktop screen you should definitely have a proper chair with lower back cusioning.The massager is actually not that useful for me coz I never use it. I just used it once when I was testing the features of the chairs on the first day.I was a little disappointed by the palm rests also. Its not as good as I expected. At this price range I would expect a 4D movement. It has only up-down movement (1D).

Hayley or Daniel from Nokaxus need to improve their after sale service. It's been a week and I haven't had my query solved. The massager stopped working after a year and one of the arm rests has suffered a little crack, rest the chair is pretty good. Not good for hot environments since it's leather but a decent product nonetheless.

This is my first gaming chair and I am very happy I bought this - I work from home quite a bit too and so am usually hours at a stretch on my desk, but since I bought this chair it takes away a significant amount of the fatigue.The delivery speed was fantastic! I placed my order at around 7 PM and it was delivered to me at around 11.30 AM the next day.The packaging was excellent and the product came with all parts included.Assembly was easy, generally speaking - although as I was assembling this myself, there were a few tight spots where an extra pair of hands would have come in handy (excuse the pun!).The quality is just brilliant, supports are great and it's worth the money. I almost went to Nehru Place to buy a cheaper one, but then decided to go with this option based on the reviews, and I can assure you, the product has earned every star I have given it!

This is a very good product we can say value for money but it would be great if the cost coming down 2 to 3 k. Comfortable is the another name for this previously i end up with numbness in my leg after working for long hours now that problem is gone.

Review after a year: This turns out to be one of the worst purchase I made on Amazon. The issues I faced:- Height adjustment stopped working after 8-9 months.- No support or repairs available- Material started wearing out in 6 months- Balance isn't good, I fell couple of times when I switched to 180° , luckily due to the big size of chair I wasn't hurt.So there you go. Do you want to spend 15k on a chair that will last a year only? If yes, go ahead. Otherwise, look for other options.Previous Review: It was a fun activity to assemble this. Had a good fun while doing this and it is very easy to assemble it. You'll find many videos on YouTube. And it was all worth it once I sat on the chair. The comfort is good enough. Size is big and allows you to sit properly. Hand rests can be adjusted vertically. Really necessary if you work/game for long hours.

Very easy to assemble. Just follow the instructions! Steady chair! Massager works fine! Vibration is high. One flaw! You cannot adjust the vibration and the cable is unmanageable.

The quality of wheels is very bad. They broke with in 6 months of use.Also the fabrick used is poor quality.We need the replacement
