Yes. They are actual shells from the ocean. These have been bleached though, so they are very light and uniform in color. Beautiful, still.

Beautiful Cowrie Shells for Spiritual Practice or Crafting

These cowrie shells were of great quality. Out of the entire set only about 4-5 them had to be discarded for bring broken. Highly recommended product!

Great value!

Overall great value for quantity! It is very affordable compared to other sellers. Quality was better than expected with a small handful of broken, chipped or unpolished shells. Given the quantity, I only needed just over half the amount and was able to handpick from the best shells. Sizes are similar and within the given range. Also, considering that there was about a dozen extra over the 200 count, thus giving it a five star!

These are really small, I do not have any use for them

This shells are really small, I got them for crafts but honestly are good for nothing, I got in the past some from Amazon double the size of this, waste of money and time, not even good to make some earrings.

I rarely write reviews. This order warranted an exception. My decor is beach/sea themed and I enjoy various arts and crafts that use sea shells. As such, I have purchased sea shells regularly for many years. And I’m hard to please when it comes to my decorating and crafting supplies —- I hold very high standards. The sea shells were thoughtfully packaged —- zero breakage. They were exceptionally clean with an excellent shine. Definitely as described. A superb value. Not for necklaces unless you drill them

They have no holes to put the strings and make jewelry so if you are looking for that these are not the ones.Other than that for dream catchers or other crafts using glue it does work and looks amazing
