Incredible Affordable Rower
I was hesitant to purchase this rower because I had never heard of Circuit Fitness and there were relatively few reviews. However, some of the positive reviews were so thorough that I took the chance. I'm glad I did. Everything about this rower is amazing. If the length of this is daunting, here's the TLDR version: It is well packaged and arrives safely. It is very simple to assemble, even if you're doing it solo. It is easy to lift and move with the wheels, even when the water tank is full. It is a good quality rower in every aspect - the workout you get, the seat, the footrests, the overall sturdiness. The only sound is a gentle water sloshing sound.Packaging and Shipping: I have never ordered something this large online before and was worried about how it would arrive. The packaging is designed to protect it very well. The box is reinforced and there is cardboard and foam holding everything securely in it's place. It arrived in pristine condition. Its shipping weight is over 100 lbs, so I made sure I was home so I could tip our delivery guy.Assembling: I am a seasoned DIY-er and wasn't too worried about this. But ANYONE could put this together. Not only is it really simple, but the directions are clear and the hardware is shrink wrapped into sections for each step. It's amazing. I am 5'2" and while I used to lift weights often, I am recovering from an illness that is pretty much making me start from scratch. Even so, I was able to assemble this by myself with no issues, after I got help carrying it into the basement, which was definitely a two person job. There is one part where you have to stand it vertically, so I used a few dumbbells to stabilize it since I was solo. All the tools required are included.Moving the rower: As I said, I'm 5'2". This thing is way taller than me when it's stood up. However I can very easily lift up the back end and get it an angle where it is easy to roll on the wheels, even when the water tank is filled. After I assembled and filled the rower, I got new puzzle mat flooring for my home gym (I did this in the wrong order - I know!). I had to lift this and roll it out of the way about 3 times, and it was easy to do.Using the rower: My previous experience with rowers includes a Concept 2 at my current gym and the water rowers from Orange Theory. I'm not a seasoned rower or fitness expert, but I did have high expectations based on past experience. This rower fits the bill. The resistance I get from the water rower feels good. The way to get more resistance is to work harder. You can adjust the water level to change resistance, but that is not a quick thing. I filled the tank all the way. There is also an adjustable bungee on the underside. The seat slides smoothly on the slide rail, and has a nice soft stop thanks to rubber stoppers on the front and back. The foot rests, which appear to be a contentious issue, are perfectly fine for me. I wear a women's size 8 shoe, and I wear my Brooks running shoes when I row. The straps hold my feet in well, and I don't have any issues the positioning. The strap is slightly higher on my foot than when I use a rower with adjustable footrests, but it doesn't cause a difference in how it feels when I'm rowing. The straps are solid and don't loosen as I row. I did try to row barefoot once after doing yoga, and that was supremely uncomfortable, but putting shoes on is an easy fix. The whole rower feels very sturdy when I'm rowing, although I'm not a very powerful or fast rower. Based on my partner trying it out, who is 5'8" and 180 lbs, this remains sturdy for larger bodies.Noise: I never realized how peaceful the sound of a water rower is. If you have ever been to an Orange Theory, you know it's like a fitness night club cult vibe - dim lights, loud music, overly happy trainers yelling at you. I had no idea that underneath all that noise was a peaceful water noise. Whether I am listening to music or watching TV, I don't have to turn it up any louder than normal listening volume to hear it when I am rowing. In conclusion, I am very pleased with the rower I got, for a price that is low enough for me to feel like I got a great deal. I expect this rower to be part of my home gym for years to come, even as I update some of the other cheaper/second hand items I started off with. I would recommend this 100%.

Great machine for cardio/strength training
Soo I bought this item on Black Friday for about $100 off the normal price. It came about 3 days later which was fine. Lifting the package was ok with 2 people but definitely has some weight to it. Setup was a breeze. All the diagrams are easy to follow and the tools were quite clever in how they are made and used.Once I was done building it, I filled it up with purified water from one of those pitchers. Yesss, it did take a good amount of trips back and forth but I didn't want to put the hard water from San Antonio into the machine. It comes with tablets used for tap water but I didn't trust those either.Go time! I got on the machine and the seat felt nice. I am in decent shape, weigh about 180 and I am currently 30 years old. I used to run but wanted something lower impact to get back in shape. When I was in college, I was on the rowing club team so I am not a noob when it comes to form and everything. Up to this point I had never used a water rower. Just the loud fan rowers and actually rowing on Lake Bryan with the team. So after a couple of repetitions I was sold. Everything felt very solid. The sound of the water put a huge smile on my face. I am so used to that fan noise which I didn't think was annoying until I heard the soothing water swishing that this rower makes. Now I watch Netflix and row. My fiance and I switch every 10 minutes until we can't row any longer. Great workouts. Someone said on one of the reviews that the resistance isn't high enough. I beg to differ. I think that it actually has more resistance than the concept 2 rowers at my gym if you fill it up to the max level. All in all a great product. Wish it was made in America and the price is a little high if it isn't on sale but if you are on the fence about it and want to whip your butt back into shape, I think this would work for you. Also I didn't receive any free stuff for this review, just wanted to be honest.

Alright water rower, peddle complaints are fair
Got this on the 2021 black friday/cyber monday sale with a good deal. One of my two complaints would be the foot rests, but since tons of people already dropped complaints on it, I won't go into how uncomfortable the position is. The other complaint would be the horizontal nature of the tank inherently means less water resistance. If you get into a solid pace and rhythm, the water swirls with the spinner and hardly provides any resistance. If you end up changing your pace, the resistance is felt, so then you have to modify your pace if you want more than just a butt movement cardio workout.Easy to put together and has a solid frame. The instructions were good and it comes with a accessory kit that has all the bolts, nuts, and washers labeled to what the instructions call out.

Functions great but has draw backs
Will preface by saying my usual rower is the concept 2, a high end rower. Has a really nice pull and return, water sound is relaxing and not too loud. Machine looks nice and is solid. I dont like the foot braces. They are at a bad angle and the single strap does not work well. I fixed it by adding grip tape from a skateboard and bungee cords for extra holds. My other issue is the monitor, it has alot of info which is nice however it doesn't do a great job of tracking actual distance compared the the concept 2. Overall great machine for the money with some flaws.

This is the piece of equipment that just might stay in the house.
Oh, the stories I can tell about wanting equipment, buying equipment, then not using the equipment. The rower was super easy to assemble (loved the parts are labeled to match the steps). After assembly, I filled it with water and started rowing. Loved! Then, it sat in my very small dining room for a few days. I decided to move it to my 12x12 bedroom. At that point, I thought I would never use it because there was not a lot of room on each side. However, it is more compact than I thought because I was able to sit on it and row comfortably between the bed and dresser. Not only did I have no issues rowing with a few inches of space on each side of me. The machine is also super easy to lift and it stands without any issues. No water leaks either.
