Hermit Crab Shells 0.5''-2'' Small Hermit Crab House Openning Size Turbo Seashells Natural Sea Conch 10PCS

I was disappointed in the fact that the company advertised the shells to range from .5 - 2 inches round opening size. I specifically ordered from them because I needed a shell with an opening of 1 and a half inch for our crab. All of the shells were less than 1 and a quarter inch. I was very disappointed with the shells sizes.

I have hermit crabs that were in need of shells. I had bought shells through Amazon before, and descriptions were not accurate size. These shells I ordered were perfect for my crabs! The description was clear and easy to understand. Each shell of course is not exactly the same size, but not in significance to where they couldn't be used by my crabs. I knew I wanted to buy safe, but authentic shells so the minimal size difference wasn't an issue. I like the range in shell type and size so my crabs have options! Definitely will be buying again. :)

All of these arrived in perfect condition. However, some of them had thin spots and broke and chipped easily (this is nature though!). My hermit crabs all approve of their new shells and upon their first few nights with the new shells they moved into them. We of course didnt use the broke shells. There are lots of different sizes and it is perfect fit for our needs. I recommend buying these, and I would buy them again.

I ordered these shells for my hermit crabs. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of size, so I selected the “middle” size. The openings range from a 0.5 inch to 1.25 inches. A few have holes and jagged edges. Unless you are hand picking each individual shell, you will find imperfections in a set like this. Overall, i’m pleased with the variety. It was packaged in a compact plastic container wrapped in bubble wrap in a padded envelope.

This was perfect for my hermit crabs, they are medium sized and one moved into one a few days after putting them in their tank!I gave 4 stars only because a couple were damaged but it came with plenty that it didn’t bother me at all!

So much cheaper than buying at a pet store, sadly the few on the right are unusable due to jagged edges or holes, but besides that the rest are perfectly ok. It’s understandable though why a few would break during shipping. Maybe add a little padding I. The container itself to avoid this? Overall a great product definitely worth it.

Half an inch size? This listing is deceitful. All the shells are huge. What a waste of time. I could have purchased from somebody else but instead my hermit crabs have to wait longer for new shells.

Good variety of shells and they were in very good shape. None of them were broken. I booked them for 5 minutes, let them cool down and dropped 5 of them in my reef tank. The next day one of my biggest hermit crabs transferred to one of the shells and then couple hours later another crab took the shell the other crab left behind. Very cool to watch that happen
