You had to wear a mask just to walk into the hoarder house I bought. Multiple cats lived (and died) in the home and piles (yes PILES!) of cat poop were on every surface. It was impossible to walk one foot without stepping on cat turds.After gutting the house of sheetrock, insulation, and carpet, the house still smelled to high heaven. I decided to spray Urine Be Gone full strength on the support beams of one room that we had gutted.The results were unbelievable. Miraculous even. I quickly sprayed it on every surface I could find. Now you can walk into the house without a mask. The initial room I sprayed seems to now have no scent at all. I love this product.

This is my second time ordering this because it is so amazing!!!!! It worked on old urine stains- removed the stain and smell, use in the washing machine- just add a cup with my liquid soap, put it in a spray bottle and use it on everything. I have an unaltered male pug who thinks everything is his and marks. He now cannot smell his old marking spots after this stuff. I also use it for cleaning our ferret’s cage.This stuff is pure gold!!!!It does smell like hospital cleaning solution but once it’s dry there’s no odor.

This cleaner works miracles! It’s easy to use and removes stains new and old. We have two potty training toddlers and a 1 year old dog so accidents are very common in our house. This cleaner works quick and easy on new stains. For old stains and odors it does take a little longer and you might have to complete the process twice. I would definitely buy it again!

This stuff works! We adopted a cat, and had him fixed as a young kitten but that didnt work to stop the marking behaviors. He is the worst pee offender I've ever had. And Ive had many cats in my lifetime. My former feral wasn't this bad to litter train as an adult. He lives to pee places he shouldn't. Hallway, rugs, bathroom...you name it he has probably peed there, marked it etc. He is the sweetest cat alive, and is fantastic with my autistic children so I just scrub the house constantly & accepted this is now my life.... He's also extremely furry and not the brightest so even if he goes weeks w/o an incident he steps in the litter pan and tracks it. I've tried other expensive name brand cleaners that promise to remove urine odors but they just mask the smell, especially on carpets. We bought this wondering if all the good reviews were right...Saturated the floor once by the litter pan and it absolutely wiped out the smell. Used it in my rug scrubber & it cut any odor out of the carpet. I use it in my mopping machine too and its night and day. Even odors from the dog & kids are removed. If you're hesitant to try this, just read all the good reviews and GET IT. By far the best odor remover I've ever come across. I'll cry if its ever discontinued because I doubt I'll ever find anything that works as well as this does. If you have small kids and pets this is the best odor eliminator ever.

I have 2 dogs, both peed on my living room rug, a few times. I did my regular process: the orange urine remover and my carpet cleaner machine with regular carpet cleaner soap. For whatever reason, this time, I spread the pee All Over the Rug! I ordered Urine B Gone. While I waited for the delivery, I sprinkled baking soda over the half of my 8x10 rug. I vacuumed up the baking soda the next morning and then followed the directions on the Urine B Gone bottle. Success! I will never bother with any other product!

I’m not sure how great this product is. I soaked my carpet with it and it still smells and my dog used the carpet again shortly after it dried. Additionally, not a huge fan of how the citrus scent smells. It was a great price for the amount. I’ll try it again and hope it works with a second go around.Update: their customer service is top notch. They reached out in regard to this review and it was genuine and I appreciate the effort they made to correct the problem I had. Based on customer service alone I will retry the product they deserve at least that. I’ll update again if I have more success the second go around. But more businesses should take heed of their phenomenal customer service!

I’ve used every cleaning solution you can think of by every brand; including diy recipes. I have 3 dogs and one is 13 years old. I have a 12 year old who plays 3 sports and waits to take his cleats off until he’s walked around the house a few times. I didn’t even realize how gross the rug was until I bought this cleaner. I was hesitant because I’ve tried so many other products with little success and some reviews weren't great but I went for it based off the glowing 5 star reviews. Idk why some people can’t get the stuff to work; if it works on my rug it will work on anything. This stuff is a game changer. I pretreated the entire rug and let it sit for a few hours then added the solution to my upright carpet machine and went to work. The nastier spots took a couple passes but worked like a charm. Attached photo of area of rug I haven’t cleaned yet so people could see the difference. Just get it.

works perfectly to get odors out and lasts a long time. i haven’t used it on stains though.only issue is the scent from the solution can linger for a while so i recommend using another cleaning solution after so ur place doesn’t smell like a hospital
