JBL Arena 170 White 2-Way 7-Inch Floor Standing Loudspeaker (White)

These babies are probably the best speakers you can get for the money. They sound absolutely great. Crisp high end and a good low end sound as well. I have these set up in my dining room and it rumbles the whole house. Thank you JBL!

These are great and very attractive-looking speakers, particularly for the price. I've heard speakers that cost 50% more than this and don't sound as good.

Great sounding speakers as usual from JBL. Maybe a little shy on bass, but that’s why i got the matching subwoofer. Together 3 thumbs up.

I bought this at Frys Electronics when it was on sale for $120 each. Compared to other standing floor speakers these are a decent first for me.They tend to be on the bassy (low-end) side of the spectrum and good for movies, and not so much for music (unless you like bassy genres).I have paired these with my Bose bookshelf 201's. Which are on the mid-high end, so they pair well together, covering me for all types of listening experiences.I wouldn't purchase these unless they are on sale, or you get a good deal for them. At full price you can get a better overall floor standing speaker for less money (ie. Infinity brand).

Wasn’t too impressed ... good in movies but not music as they aren’t bassy enough. Other speakers in my home theater outshine and overshadowed their performance. For the sales price i paid on jbl.com I really can't go wrong with the price. Hoping to get studio 580.

The speakers were used for my analog stereo rig-not as theater speakers for the television. Good overall sound-not too bass heavy but crisp mids and highs!
