Arc International Arcoroc Nordic Cooler Glass, 17-Ounce, Set of 12

The Arc International Nordic Cooler glasses looked nice enough for company at Thanksgiving and Christmas, while still being great for everyday use. They arrived well packaged, all intact, and have survived the dishwasher so far without any breaking. Hopefully they will last for years to come. The fact that they are smaller at the top should help with that. The downside is that they slip rough your fingers more easily than a glass which is larger at the top.

Excellent glasses. Heavy and strong but elegant looking too. Nice.

While I like the glasses, Amazon's description is misleading. They are NOT Arcoroc brand, they are Luminarc, which is more of a household product. Arcoroc is more utilitarian, commercial stuff, which I wanted with 3 kids.

I have bought these glasses twice in the past and loved them. But over the years I've broken enough of them that I wanted to replenish my supply before there comes a day I can no longer get them. This time the glasses I got were Luminarc, not Arcoroc, and were printed all over with a design. The listing shows clear Arcoroc glasses. Now I have to hassle with returning them. I thought that buying from Amazon would save me the approximately $20 shipping. I bought the replacements from Ka Tom (have not received them yet), but Webstaurant store also sells them. They look like the real deal, but you'll have to pay shipping.

Tall and elegant and perfect for everyday stylish use. Great value.

I was looking to replace some glasses that kept chipping and I wanted to get the same ones my parents have. Those weren't available (purchased 1980 and still have the entire set) so I looked to see if there were anyother by this same company. I found a couple but most of them were replacement sets then I found these and the Benidorm Mug. I bought both and have used them and love them both. These are the perfect size and the density is nice. No chips or cracks or blemishes. I haven't dropped any so I don't know how they will do being broken. I'm hoping they are like my parents and very rarely break. I would definetly purchase them again!

One of the glasses arrived broken. It was too much trouble to return for just one glasses so did not bother.

I chose this glass for the classic style of the glass. It has the same shape as some expensive crystal glasses I bought years ago. The weight of the glasses surprised me: They are heavier than I expected. I have had them over a month and I get compliments on them. I really expect them to last for years.
