The chair is semi comfortable. The support is okay. Within a month one of the plastic connectors snapped from normal use on the lumbar support pillow. No big deal, I just tied it together. I've own the chair for five months. I'm 6'1" and 170 lbs well within the tolerances of the chair. My real problem is the height adjustment on the chair. After sitting in it for two minutes, it will drop all the way back down after I adjust it whether I'm sitting in it or not. These constant adjustments make it extremely uncomfortable to work at my desk.----------Edit 5-17-2019---------------New chair arrived last week. Slightly different model however no problems. It feels great. 5 stars on new product and quality service. Thank y'all.

I’m just going to keep it straightforward and somewhat short... And not to sound cheesy, but this chair rocks!The price is more than fair for what you’re getting. The lumbar pillow and head pillow are extremely comfortable and the material the chair is made out of is very sturdy. The extendable footrest is a plus but I haven’t used it too much yet. It took me an hour to fully build the chair. The instructions weren’t the best but it doesn’t take a genius to build a chair together. I highly recommend this chair if you’re a gamer who plays long hours. You won’t regret it.

I have had this chair for 3 months and every time I sit down on it I am delighted. Typically, I spend 4 to 6 hours a day in this chair as it is my office chair. This chair is exactly what I was looking for. It is firm to sit on and gives an excellent feel of stability. The back reclines to whatever position I desire and the height adjustment makes it perfect for my desk. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat.

The chair works great, easy to put together, comfortable and looks very nice. I use it as a gaming chair, just wish it had a power station with USB and maybe surge protector built in. I recommend this chair to anyone.

This chair is amazing makes me happy every time I look at it and especially when I sit in it. Extremely comfortable for long gaming sessions back rear neck all feels great everything adjust this thing just rocks!!!

Chair was good for the first 10 months now it will full lower when i sit down on the chair seems really expensive for a chair that only lasts 10 months

After much anticipation my chair arrived today, unfortunately I discovered a broken piece upon opening the box. As you can see in the photos the plastic piece at the bottom of one of the arm rests is completely broken in half. There was also a nick in the seat cushion as if something had sliced it.Looking into what my best option is going forward and will revisit this review if I can get the problem fixed without having to spend more money to ship the broken chair back.

For the price i would def recommenced this. All the screws were already installed to reassure fitment. A lot of the cheaper chairs people have issues installing because of mis alignment of the holes.This one definitely feels like a premium seat for sure. Very comfortable and seems pretty sturdy. I think this will definitely hold up. Took me about 25 minutes to put together.
