BOKER PLUS Nano 42 Folding Knives

medium weight knife for the size. great clip-style looks good and it can be moved to the top or bottom. edge is sharp, and the serrations are at the tip instead of the base.

Not impressed. Sent one back because the frame lock didn't lock. Next one, same problem. After disassembling, there is no relief grind in the blade to receive the frame lock. Did it myself to alleviate the hassle of sending it back. Works fine now, but really? What manufacturer send a locking knife out the will not lock? Big QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEM. Boker, if you can hear this, I deserve another knife that works out of the box. Cool design, nice EDC blade. If it worked. Steel is decent.

Be aware that the model 42 does NOT have a locking blade.I LOVE the shape of the grip and blade. I even like the color. (Yes, I know.) I was not aware that there are two models of this knife--the "slip joint" version and the locking version. I was carrying it for a couple of weeks when I realized that the lock completely failed. It gives two clicks as it is opening, and closing. No lock. Yikes!! After calling Boker, it was explained that I bought the one without the lock. It is made for locations that don't allow locking bladed folders. Of course it is not returnable to Boker at this point. My learning experience.One other concern is that this is not really a one-handed opener. The opening is quite stiff and the narrow thumb slot does not give much purchase for pushing.Still a great knife. Just pay attention.

Bought this little gem of a knife for a friend. At first glance it looks like a well made knife but then you notice that it doesnt lock. The frame lock doesnt work. Defect merchandise had to return it.

The 42 is not repaet NOT a locking blade!!! It is made for the UK market where locking blades are illegal!

I have several of these little Bokers,and this one is really nice,like the others.The blade is large enough to do pretty much anything that needs to be done from prying to cutting.The blade is heavy and thick,much heavier then would be expected on such a small knife.I like knives,and have many,but dont like anything hanging off me or in my pocket,I even use a small front pocket wallet instead of a standard size one.This little knife doesent get in the way,and it is heavy and very sharp.I show it to everyone,as the blade is so impressive.I like the serrated edge,thats why i bought this one.

My Boker Plus Nano exceeded my hopes. It is rugged and compact. The finish work is tight and true. It is uniquely stylish and incredibly functional. The grip design makes it possible to do more work than is normally possible for a knife this short. I love it!!!

I love the look, and the feel in my hand. I have big hands but this tiny knife still worked just fine.Sharp blade, and the design makes it a conversation piece
