Verizon Prepaid - Apple iPhone 6S Plus (32GB) - Space Gray

This was a brand new sealed iPhone 6s Plus and it seemed like a steal at $215, but it wouldn't power on or take a charge. I tried the cable and adapter it came with as well as another lightning cable and a higher output 2.1mA power source. Attempted to charge overnight. Tried to do a hard reset (power and home button for 15 seconds). Nothing would coax this iPhone to come alive. Disappointed I had to return it. Was hoping this would get me through a few months to a year until I see if an iPhone SE2 comes out.— Update —I was tempted enough by this to order again and the second one is just fine. Great deal if it works! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the mishap with the first one.

For some odd reason it wouldn’t hook up to Wi-Fi anywhere I went. Home, Starbucks etc

I was skeptical about buying this phone given the other reviews. I am glad that I did not pay attention to them. My phone arrived a day early even with the covid-19 going on. I opened it and charged it then I set it up. It connected to the WiFi no problem. I also had no problem with getting it switched over to my number. It came with its own SIM card but, I did not need it. I took my sim card from my old phone and put it in my 6s plus and I was able to make calls right away. I would make this purchase again! Great price.

So unbundled this bad boy with excitement but then I tried to connect to my home wifi and what a nightmare. After confirming with my internet service provider that the reason this iPhone isn't connecting to wifi has to do with the phone/provider (Verizon) and not the internet service, I'm pretty much screwed. My wifi password works on all other devices. In fact I was able to connect to my Apple ID on this new phone and my Mac and another iPhone in the house tried to share the wifi info with this phone and it still said "password incorrect." So this phone must have some internal settings issue that is causing it see the password as incorrect even though the same password works for every other device in the house. So frustrating. Wasted a whole day and now I have to try to figure out how to return this phone.

Was nervous ordering this after the negative reviews, but mine works great. Came brand new and sealed and activated easily. Have not had any problems connecting to home wifi. The price seems to fluctuate quite a bit, it was $195 when I bought it. Great deal! Keep checking back on it and you may catch a price drop.

This was a steal!! I purchased this phone for my granddaughter the week before Christmas but forgot to buy a service plan. But the day after I purchased the service and she IS IN HEAVEN with her Iphone..It was on sale for 195.00 and now it back up to 350.00..Great item Verizon and Amazon..I am a forever customer...Melody
