Well made, works well
This is a good quality product which will handle a larger phone in the case. I use it with a Samsung Galaxy S3 and Otterbox Commuter case. The phone is held in place by an elastic strap inside the pouch. There are three compartments for cards / keys behind the phone, though I haven't used them. A wide, non elastic strap holds the whole thing on your arm and is easily adjusted to be tight enough to stay in place and remain comfortable. It can be a bit sweaty and will also slip down your arm after a while, there's a trade off between how tight to make the strap and having to put it up every so often. The phone's touch screen works through the clear plastic. Menu and Back are hard to press because they're near the edge of the phone, a matter of geometry (the raised lip of the case and edge of the case make a tight corner). The armband works well with a bare phone or a case with a plastic outer cover like the Otterbox Commuter. It's much harder to use with a case like the Otterbox Defender because the outside of the case is rubberized and the armband's elastic strap has a couple rubberized strips to keep the phone from slipping, getting that case into the armband is a bit of a struggle.Added note, Sept 23, 2015: I've now had the armband a year and it's still working. The velcro doesn't hold as well as it originally did, so I'll sometimes loosen the armband while doing something. If I have to replace the armband it will be due to the velcro giving out rather than the rest of the case, and at over a year it's lasted longer than the regular phone cases I've used.

Decided to stick with a product that does the job
I just upgraded to the iPhone 6 and decided to stick with Armpocket like I had for my 4s. Good secure fit, great sweat protection, and no trouble with "touch" through the plastic cover. It slides in easily (I have the Spigen case.) My arm measures for small, but I ordered medium to allow for it to be on the outside of my fleece jacket in cooler/colder weather.

it is better if you can control whatever you need to do ...
This armband is so comfy, I could wear it all day! I bought it specifically for use when I am at the gym, so I can use my phone for music and still have my hands free (while avoiding shoving the phone in my bra, which is hazardous for multiple reasons). It is definitely most suited to activities where you do not need to look at your phone often. Attempting to remove the phone while wearing it is awkward, and while you can use the touchscreen through the clear cover, it is better if you can control whatever you need to do via bluetooth (my headset has volume and music controls). If you are looking for something to store your phone in while going on Pokémon GO walks, you will probably want something different, such as a typical belt clip or waist pouch/fanny pack that allows easier access to the phone when you encounter things you want to catch. :)

Best Armband Product
I enjoy running with this armband. It fits perfectly around my arm and never slips no matter how much I sweat. It also keeps my phone and all interior contents dry, which was a major reason for this purchase as my last armband allowed moisture in and caused the touchscreen on my phone to stop working. I also love the fact that I can carry my ID and a credit card on me now and not have to worry about them getting lost from being in my pocket while I run. This was always a concern in the event something happened while I was running. One great feature that I would point to is the headset cord holder on the side. For the avid runners, it keeps the headset cord in place so its not hitting you constantly and you don't feel the need to hold it in your hands as you run. I would also say the positioning of the headset cord entry point at the bottom of the armband was definitely an innovative idea. It not only keep the moisture from flowing in, but it ensure that the headset cord stays at the right length -- no more holding cords or wrapping it, etc.Make sure you buy the right size Armpocket for your phone as the phone will fit snugly against the face of the armband so that you can use the touchscreen features and you can close the zippers to prevent your phone from getting wet.I highly recommended product. It is worth the extra cost to have the peace of mind if you enjoy exercising outdoors or even inside on a treadmill and you don't want your phone to get any moisture.

Excellent Armband! Perfection
I used to hide my wallet in my car when I used to go on a run/jog and I always felt insecured (because my car is old and pretty easy to open) but now with this armband I have enough room to put a few of the important cards (id, atm, credit card), cash and of course my phone. My phone fits just right and easy to control. The headphone slot is pretty secured, doesn't let sweat nor water in.My arm is pretty thick about 17.5 inches and it fits me just right, although I think if my arm was an inch thicker then it wouldn't fit me anymore. The armband is very stable, durable, and comfortable also the memory foam is just a plus. The only Con is that it might be alittle thicker or fatter than your usual armband but thats doesnt really matter to me because it does its job better than my last 3 armbands I had before.Overall the Armpocket is an Excellent armband

One Armband to rule them all... ArmPocket
This is my second Armpocket Purchase. I had a smaller one for my old Galaxy S3 & HTC phone that I used for running and exercise. My newer phone, the Galaxy S5, needed the bigger size of this armband. I can easily fit my phone into this armband, even with the case on if I choose to do so. I sometimes do remove the phone from the case, though , so I can put it in the elastic and have access to the touch screen. There is room for a few credit cards, or when on vacation, a room key and car key. This model arm band has an option for audio out on the bottom side of the arm band. The back of the pocket has some padding to it, and is very comfortable to wear.I realize that this is not the cheapest arm band sold on Amazon. Believe me when I say you get what you pay for. I'd expect this armband to outlast my phone. The arm strap length is the only thing you might want to double check before ordering. If you have large biceps, by all means get the long strap. This is the case I use on my phone : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KTSK5LW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
