Solid buy
Solid can no real complaints. It's tough as nails but admittedly I bought an old style nozzle the day I bought this. I took the safety nozzle off day one tossing it straight in the trash. Can itself is solid and will last years.

Rugged quality !! MADE IN USA????? Fuel can
Replace the spout assy. with a new after market spout ( no interior components)!! I then Installed an air vent, like all my older fuel cans!! It now works great just like all of my original fuel cans. Order fuel can and order Replacement spout kit and vent kit. Install them immediately, Throw away all original spout components and you are done!! Save rest of components for next can purchase, repair or replacements!! Four stars because of terrible spout system and having to repair before first use!!!!

5 gal deisel can
I picked this can after reading reviews of others about fuel leaking from vent cap on handle. Sine this can doesn't have a vent that is one problem solved. Not using to fill any car or truck, but just to fill my garage heater. I don't use pour spout either, but use battery pump to transfer fuel. Would recommend.

Converted 5 Gallon Diesel Fuel Container to be a Diesel Heater Fuel Tank, Vented with a Breather Cap
Added a Brass Pick Up Tube to connect the 5 Gallon Diesel Fuel Container to a Diesel Heater Dosing Pump with a B1 Diesel Fuel Hose and a Vent connected to a B1 Diesel Fuel Hose attached to a Breather Cap vented outside the van. Works Great!

Waste of money
As if the government designed safety spout wasn’t bad enough. The neck is the same size as the diesel nozzle . This means you can’t put the nozzle inside the cans so either have to bring a funnel to the gas station or just kinda put it up there close and it’ll splattered diesel all over the place and make the candle all stinky and make a mess what a stupid stupid design.
