These are good quality affordable canvases.I bought the pack of 5, A3 sized canvas. They arrived simply packaged, in plastic holding all 5 together, and then each individually wrapped too (not a problem, i think this is the sort of product where waterproof packaging is necessary).Each canvas comes with the little bag of tightening pegs attached at the back.The canvas is stapled at the back so the sides are neat; i always paint the sides if they are visible.I know these are not the best quality around but I am enjoying working on them and find them more than adequate. If it helps my (unfinished) painting attached is in acrylic.I will certainly be buying more.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

Great quality canvasas

Value for money and well packed. The canvas was of variable quality some with fibre bunching which when painted on showed up. The primer was very thin too so I suggest you do another coat or two yourself. The canvases weren’t tight on the frames and were a bit too bouncy for my likening. Came with frame tightening wood. Good enough student quality though and very reasonably priced.

I paint for a living so am really demanding about good surfaces . These are more than just good ,they are superb. The canvas is well primed so that even if your first coat is thin it stays where you put it and behaves as you would want it to and there are no surprises. The wedges actually fit the shaped holes designed to receive them and the whole thing is beautifully packed and manufactured. I am so pleased with them that they have become must haves and ,on top of all of this, the prices are reasonable .

I have been using these canvases now for about four years. They are shipped out to my home stay in Provence and usually arrive quite quickly. Art materials are very expensive here in France and these canvases are excellent value for money even with the postage. They're lightweight but good quality and not porous like some budget canvases. Ideal for students on a shoe string or travellers!

I have bought this for my daughter's acrylic canvas painting and they are perfect. Exactly what she wanted and perfect for acrylic paints. Well stretched and high quality canvas. She has not tried them yet with oil painting. Package arrived quickly and was well packed to prevent damage in transit. Very happy and ll be definitely purchasing again.

Used mine with acrylics. Good value for money

The surface seems good and they are well stretched, hence 3 stars but they are poorly constructed; they need to use a set square when assembling as they're not remotely square. I wanted to hang 3 of them side by side but that won’t be possible as it’s even more noticeable when they are close together than it is with just one hung on its own. I know they are relatively cheap but how hard is it to put them together properly? Disappointing.
