Great travel mug, eady to fill and clean doesn't leak, easy to drink from and keeps hot drinks hot for hours. It workes so well i made a hot coffee in it early am and it was still to hot to drink at lunchtime, make sure you add some cold water! great for those long drives ( if temp is right lol) overall very satisfied and recommended

Perfect for it required purposes. Although,I feel like it's too big for me and will probably buy a similar product but smaller version.But above all, it's a fantastic product, its leak free and keep your tea/coffee warm for a long time

I bought this to replace my old Chilly bottle and I’m really impressed. It kept my iced drink cold for a full 8 hours which is actually better than the Chilly managed, and it costs about a third of the price. I haven’t tried it with hot drinks yet but so far it’s done exactly what I wanted.The lid is great. It snaps closed with a clear click so you know it’s properly sealed, and I feel confident putting it in my bag without worrying about leaks. It’s also easy to clean since there aren’t any awkward spots for dirt to hide.The size is just right and it feels comfortable to hold. The textured grip makes it easy to carry around and adds a nice touch. For the price, this has been a brilliant buy.

I bought this mug and then a 2nd as I loved it so much! They don't leak and keep my tea hot throughout the entire day. They're a good size and nice to drink from too.

I hhave been using this for around a year now, it still works greatIt had a couple of dents due to me dropping it but its only cosmeticIts lightweight and keeps drinks hot for a good few hours - even with the lid open!Easy to clean.

I've bought many insulated cups over the years and of course you have to be very careful with hot drinks because they stay hot for so long. But I've never previously had any real problems. But there is something about this Contigo mug which has resulted in me repeatedly scalding the inside of my upper lip. It's something about the spout shape that delivers the hot liquid directly at that very sensitive and delicate soft tissue. The mug is otherwise very well made and good quality, but the scalding issue is definitely a downer!!
