Artisan Kettle Organic White Chocolate Chips, 10 Oz

Oh my goodness, how delicious! I had another well known brand of actual white chocolate chips made with cocoa butter(not those white confection things passed off as white chocolate chips)and I test tasted them side by side. I could immediately taste the difference. These tasted smooth and actually with more of a chocolatey mouth feel, a hint of vanilla but not overpowering. I could even see the difference in the color-these chips are deeper in color like anything made with cocoa butter should be. And the bonus for me because of my allergy-NO SOY! I ate them by the handful mixed with some cashews. I have already put more in my cart to order! Mmmmm..

These chips are delicious. Some white chocolate has a very artificial aftertaste...not these. They are smooth and creamy, so delicious. I used these white chocolate chips to make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely buy these again and have bought Artisan Kettle regular chocolate chips for my next batch of cookies.

Real cocoa butter, vanilla - these were amazing - the best white chocolate chips I've ever had - and I've tried all that I can find (that have cocoa butter, not hydrogenated plam oil, etc). I only wish they came as mini-chips too (to try to make them last longer/go further..).

I've been searching forever for white chocolate chips without soy. These are a delight. And I don't even particularly like white chocolate, but it's pretty in brownies and bonus, yum. They melt nicely too.

These taste delicious! The packaging is high quality, heavy weight with a zipper seal. Arrived in perfect condition. Being able to find soy free white chocolate is a huge win! Couldn’t be happier.

If your looking for soy free white chocolate this will do but its nothing like the real thing!

I was in a pinch for getting Christmas cookies ready and ordered these because I couldn’t get to a store. For the first batch of cookies I used Ghirardelli white chocolate. For the next batch I used this stuff and I just have to say it basically ruined the flavor and the entire 2nd batch of cookies. There’s a considerable and unfortunate difference between these and the Ghirardelli. I can’t quite put my finger on what is so bad, but it’s just not good. I don’t know if it’s too sweet or what. But it doesn’t have that creamy buttery white chocolate flavor. And it’s extremely expensive for what you get. Lesson learned, I guess.
