I recently purchased this paddle board about a month ago and I have loved every bit of it. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand. It takes me about 10 minutes to blow it up to 12 PSI. The first time I blew it up, I was nervous that the PSI gauge didn’t work because it looked like there was plenty of air in it already, but the gauge wasn’t reading. I was scared that if I kept pumping that it would pop, but I decided to take the chances and keep on pumping and the gauge finally started to go up. So, just a warning that you have to pump for a while before the gauge starts reading the PSI. The bag/backpack that comes with it is quite large but it has to be that big in order to fit everything in there, but there’s a lot of extra room too, if you needed to put some of your own things in there. I had to contact the seller a couple times since I had it, but they have been very helpful and so kind with the whole process. The first time I messaged them, I had a question about the paddle because when I connected the two pieces together, it had become loose and wasn’t staying in. So I contacted them and they responded within a day with a video on how to easily fix it to be tighter. The second time I messaged them, I had accidentally lost my fin at a local beach and didn’t realize until a week later that I forgot it there. So I contacted them and they said that they usually don’t replace lost or damaged parts without a warranty but they were willing to send me a new fin for free! So I have been very happy with the customer service, they are very quick to respond and are very helpful with any questions you may have. I highly recommend to get this paddle board over any other, the price is definitely worth the product. Not to mention, they look very nice too!

What an awesome purchase. I bought four of these last year instead of the more expensive Body Glove brand at Costco. We used them almost a dozens times last summer. They are easy to set up. I did buy a small battery operated hand inflator, which helps immensely. It won't fill it up all the way because the one I bought is not powerful enough, but I just used the hand pump provided and it only takes me about 40 pumps to get it to 13lbs. IF YOU USE THE HAND PUMP ALONE, IT WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVER TO INFLATE THE BOARD TO 13 LBS!!!! These are big boards. I have lent my inflator out at least a hand full of times, when people see me using it and they only have the hand pump.At 200 lbs, I can easily stand on the board and it provides 100% stability. I can sit and put my 70 lab on the board and it handles great. He loves the board and going out in the lake.This board is easy to handle for beginners. It only takes a couple of minutes to put them away.Fast forward a year. We just broke them out today for the first time this summer. All the boards worked great and they are in great condition for being taken right out of the bag after 8 months. My lab jumped right up on the board and wanted to go for a ride.

I bought 2 of these as Christmas presents for my 11 and 13 yo girls to use at camp. Very easy to set up, the girls figured it out themselves. Once they got over the fear of the size upright on land, they were both able to carry their own blown up board down some steps and to the beach without any help. The handle in the center allowed it to balance perfectly so they could carry it under one arm. These are so much easier to manage then kayaks. Especially when it's not a windy day. Its nice to have an option to stand or sit, have a friend ride along etc.. My daughters keep the extra paddle attachment under the tiedowns on the back so they can change between double paddle or handle/paddle depending on their mood during their ride. BETTER YET, The ROC Customer service was AMAZING!! One of the paddles had a broken locking mechanism which we didn't find out about for 7 months (first used them in July). I contacted ROC in an email provided on he Amazon website. 2 days later I had a tracking # for a complimentory replacement paddle. They were surprisingly prompt, efficient and very pleasant... I look forward getting a lot of use out of these boards for years to come.

I purchased two of these, different colors though. I will be upfront and say this one had an issue when it arrived. I emailed the company on a Saturday afternoon and got a response from them and few hours later and it was handled and taken care of shortly after that. Absolutely blown away by the great customer service. The paddle board is amazing. We have used them quite a bit since purchasing them. They are holding up very nicely. I would highly recommend this product and this company especially since you dont get this kind of great customer serviceany more these days. Lastly I will say I was skeptical about the extras that came with the board. Typically when extra things are added into a package they tend to be cheap, not these. All the extras are top quality and I have used almost every piece each time we have gone out. 10 out of 10 purchase!!!!!

I love this ROC paddle board. It is lightweight to carry with all the gear and in the backpack and then easy to carry to the shore when pumped up. I love the way I can switch from standing up or kneeling (easy to balance) or even using the kayak set. I have tried all 3 ways and it is easy to switch the paddle right out on the water. I used it in a bay and river with wind and tides with no problem.ROC customer service was incredibly helpful and got back to me immediately. My board did not come with the seat which it should have so they sent it right out to me in 2 days. It does take a bit of time and a bit of muscle to pump it up to 15 PSI but that seems normal.FYI..I am 61 years old and it works well for me...easy to deflate and fold/roll up to put in my car.Great inflatable paddle board for the price and such wonderful, friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend it!
