I spent days and hours looking for a nightstand that was 13-15 inches wide, and this is the perfect one. I love that the drawer is in the middle because it creates a much-needed shelf, since the table is too narrow to hold books on top. My requirements were size and that it have a drawer. I wanted a shelf, and don't like when they're down by the floor because they collect dust. This is just terrific, and I might order one for the other side of the bed just for looks. Regarding the wood and construction - it won't be appearing in Architectural Digest, but it also doesn't look out of place. It's plain, lightweight (i.e., not the sturdiest piece of furniture), and arrives assembled. I think the mahogany is probably more upscale looking, but I didn't want dark wood. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, even on perpetual sale, but it's so perfect for my space, and I love the drawer/shelf so much, I'm not going to complain.

I was impressed with this for the price. Like that there was no assembly required. I changed the handle to make it more modern-looking.

The color is off it’s way more yellow. Sturdy and easy to put together just disappointed that the color is not what was pictured.

2022 REVIEW:Perfect for the small corner space I planned for it! Came as pictured, fully assembled, and seems to be of nice quality. Now, I found myself needing another table to go in a tight space in the same room, so I thought, why not just get another to match? So I did.Same good quality and the dimensions stated are correct. However, the paint job this time around wasn’t that great (light brown wood shown through the cream white paint) and the table had some slight differences. Plus, instead of coming fully assembled, this one came in pieces (I’m totally fine with this, but in case you read older reviews, including my own, yes it came fully assembled before. Now, it does not). A big peeve of mine was the washers. They probably should’ve been a little bigger as you had to screw it in just right to make sure the washer didn’t fall down the hole. Also the drawer this time around? A lot smaller than previous.So in conclusion,Pros:- Good quality wood.- Correct dimensions.Cons:- Not quite as pictured.- Less paint than before. Wood color shows through.- Smaller drawer.- Assembly is DEFINITELY required.The table still works where I want it, but I’m still a bit disappointed. While close, updating the pictures and information for this item would be helpful.

I love my side table. It's great for small spaces. Comes pre assembled. Very sturdy. Really...love it.

I like the fact it comes all assembled. The finish is nice as it matches the white walls I have. We're not talking heirloom furniture here but it looks good in my breakfast nook.
