It is basically laminated with transparent sheet, after the lock of dispensing pump. Otherwise it doesn't have any seal.

Hi, Basically Mother Sparsh Plant Powered Cleanser is to clean baby feeding bottles, toys, play mattes, milk packets etc. but cleaning hands with this cleanser won't be causing harm to your baby skin, as it is made of plant extracts like green apple & basil. so won't be going to cause any skin issue. Thanks.

How do you propose we use the liquid without pump?

It has lock and unlock knob in it, liquid won't pour out it will released drop by drop only.

What is this expiry date?

Do not buy it nothing in natural in it have such a strong aroma and that fragrance does not go away even after several rinse. It took me 1 week to completely get rid off.
