PEARL IZUMI Womens Ride Men's Elite Gel Gloves

These are nice lightweight gloves. They are not super snug, so easy to get on and off. I like the velcro closure on the bottom of the wrist which is less prone to snagging long sleeve jerseys or arm warmers than the gloves with the velcro on top of the wrist. The palms of these gloves are thin, but very durable. I've tried cheap no-name gloves in the past and they always wear holes in the palms after a few months, but these Pearl Izumi gloves keep on going. Padding is only the edges of the gloves, which works fine for the way I hold the handlebars, but people who put more weight on their hands may want gloves with more padding.

Excellent!! Did their job. Saved my hands from being scratched up on the first time of use. Bought these gloves at the same time I purchased shimano SPD clipless pedals. I pulled up to a stoplight with a fast stop and forgot to unclip my feet. Realizing too late my feet were clipped in I fell over when I stopped. Quite embarrassing as the only thing bruised was my pride. These gloves definitely helped protect me from what could have been bad.Regarding comfort they were excellent. I rode for 90 minutes and they fit perfect without any circulation or wrist numbness problems I especially loved the easy removal tabs

These are pretty solid gloves. The hook/loop closure strap is a little tricky to open as the part to which it adheres fits it exactly. When you pull the tab (which is already quite small) it tries to pull up the attachment point. That's not a huge deal but I could see it causing wear issues prematurely if you aren't careful. Otherwise, good padding and nicely breathable.

These are okay, but I remain in search of gloves for people prone to ulnar and cubital nerve issues. Before anyone judges, I actively monitor my posture, rotate my grip, etc. It's still a struggle--and I have had a pair from another manufacturer that made the perfect glove for me, but, alas, they discontinued it.

They're ok. I had a cheap pair and my hands would still get numb. Figured I'd get a more expensive pair and they'd work better. I don't really notice these being any better for hand numbness than the cheap ones I have. Nothing really wrong with them so far, though.

I own a couple pair of these; one black and one red. The red ones began to fade very quickly.

I have a men's size medium ordered for my wife, she wear her perfect Easter I normally medium but from this I would need a XL!

Not as padded as I would like, but other than that they are nice.
