To install it was a huge pain for me, but at the end, it was definitely worth it.
I ordered it when I realized that my earpads on my headphones had long reached their demise. I got it in 2 days, and the packaging was perfect, no defects on the package or the product itself. However, to install it was such a pain, given that the grooves on the replacement pads did not exactly match those on the headphones. It required so much effort to squeeze it down from all sides to finally pop it in. But that was the hard part. Once it was installed, it was all so much better. The color matched perfectly, and was a refreshing change to the monotonous gray I had earlier, and the pads are still a bit hard, which will definitely break into after some usage. For now, the noise cancelling is pretty decent, obviously not as good as the OEM, given the small sound and air leaks out of the sides, but no static noise of any sort that many others ran into. So far, so good. I will update this review after a couple months about whether it has torn up yet or not. Get it as a temporary replacement pad while searching for new headphones!!

Fell apart after just a few months
These are relatively easy to install and are comfortable, but the are far lower quality than the originals. My original cups lasted for years, but these fell apart after several months of gentle use. The seams where different material panels are not sewn. They’re just glued. They just come apart at these seams. I sent a message to the seller and got no response.

Feel Better than the Original, Far Better than Krone. Noise Cancelling is Reduced
Unfortunately one of the pads which came with my WH-H900N ripped open after a few years of light use at the office. I looked to Sony for replacement pads and was directed to a 3rd party parts vender who did not have them in stock, and if they did they would cost as much to replace as the headphones themselves ($60 each!?). So I first got the Krone pads as they were the most reviewed, but they were awful. Avoid them at all costs. They were 1/4" thinner than the original pads, were made of stiff material, and had really cheap feeling foam. These pads feel far more like the original and seem to be made with an even softer protein leather. The density of the foam seems less than the original as well, which leads to other problems. These change the sound and leak far more than the original pads. I would say Noise Cancelling features sound about 30% less effective at blocking sound with these. I think the lighter materials account for that. It's too bad I couldn't get a better price on replacement pads, but these are a decent alternative.

Headphones look like NEW!
Installation is a breeze, no problems with the tool. I will definitely repurchase these again in the future should they need to be replaced. Word of advice: Take your time, and lift at the notches, preventing your tool from breaking. Once you get the hang of it, you'll want to replace all everyone else's ear pads.

They work as promised
Comfort and durability were my main concerns. Happy to say they are both comfortable and appear to be durable…. Time will tell. Pads feel pretty darn close/identical to the OEM…. However materials science is not my expertise. I’m sure there are others that will nitpick…. That said, these are very good replacements

Easy Replacement
They thoughtfully supply a "guitar pick" pry tool to simplify removal of the old ear cup. The new pair seem solidly assembled, and snap to the headphone clips nicely. Time will tell if the adhesive holds up better than that on Sony's original ear cups. But so far, so good!

Great Until They Fall Apart
They were really great and were a piece of cake to install. A few months in, they completely fell apart. Not just one, but both of them at the same time and same amount of coming apart. The PU/leather material was held in place by a glue or something that just gave away over time.

Not great noise-cancelling properties
These were brought to replace the worn out original ear pads that came with the Sony headphones (Sony don’t provide replacements any longer)Fitting was very easy although the small tool provided to remove the old pads snapped immediately (although I did still managed to remove them with it). The comfort is excellent and possibly even better than the original Sony ones. The main downfall with these ear pads is the sound cancelling quality and as this is the primary reason I use the headphones I was disappointed to find that they don’t block out anywhere near as much noise as the original Sony ones. The sound quality is ok and I’d say almost as good as the originals. The pads were purchased as a cheap quick-fix to avoid buying another set of headphones but they really aren’t up to the job and I will be investing in a new pair of headphones that actually cancel noise effectively.I did notice that the foam inside these pads seems a lot softer than the original Sony ones and they don’t seem to fit as snuggly around the ear either. Although this makes them comfortable it seems to be the foam that is responsible for the substandard noise cancelling quality that the Sony ones had.A shame really as these had the potential to offer a great solution to the problem.

SMALL
Looks similar to original but its smaller. The ear opening is smaller. The inner wall of ear pad is thinner, less pliable and has less space for the ear.The smaller depth of the pad changes the sound. It sounds more closed in and darker.Does not seal around the ear like the original pad because of the smaller opening.Because of the imperfect seal noise cancelling is less effective and its not super strong to begin with. The mesh between the headphone driver and the earpad is less acoustically transparent and the headphone sounds a dB or more quieter. These difference are very obvious since I only needed to change one earpad

They seem acceptable.
It's a shame I had to go through this route to buy replacement earpads for these as they aren't cheap headphones even now pre-owned. I think they were bought for about £180 new a couple of years ago and it's disgraceful that spares for them have already been discontinued, however, these Geekria pads are now fitted to my headphones as one of the old ones failed in exactly the same way they all do on these headphones and they don't feel noticeably different to the originals. As you can see (the loose one in the middle is the original one that didn't fail) that there is a slight difference in colour but it is not nearly as noticeable to the human eye as the camera shows it to be unless you've bought completely the wrong colour to begin with. I've noticed no difference in sound (perhaps the noise cancelling isn't quite as good but I can't really tell). Time will tell how long these last.

Good quality and easy to fit
I bought these because the original Sony (Wh n 600n) ear pads had become unstitched. There's a tool provided to remove the old pads, which you use to pry the pads off. It's a bit daunting as you worry your going to break the clips. Don't worry there pretty robust. Putting the new ones on is just a case of pushing them on. It took maybe 5 minutes to do and now looks like new.

Good cheap replacement for originals
Very good, cheap, replacement for the original ear pads, and very easy to swap out! Perhaps a very slightly different shape to the original (hard to tell since my old ones are very beaten up now), but feel equally as comfortable to me, and contrary to what some reviewers have said, they sound identical to me.Make sure you check which colour grey your headphones are though. I accidentally ordered the pale grey/blue one, which doesn't match my headphones (although it looks pretty good anyway).
