Will this fit 1993 XLH sportster 883

Per the Yost site, it should fit 1988 and later Sportsters.

will this fit a stock 1995 XLH 1200? It has the stock cv carb.

That year should have the CV40 on it but I can't remember if it has two slow jets or two main jets, this kit has one emulsion tube and some main jets to fit so if your carb has two main jets then you will need to either get two kit or if you go to the Yost website then you can grab a second emulsion tube but the spring and everything else should fit just fine, and you will have some nicer idle and acceleration with it
