Setup was very easy and straight-forward
This monitor stand is very well constructed. Setup was very easy and straight-forward. The monitors I mounted on this stand were the largest supported so there is not as much adjust-ability as I would have hoped for, but the stand works very well and maintains the position of the monitors very well. The cable management system is very nice and hides the power and HDMI cables very well.

Great choice
Work great. Good adjust-ability. Made a personal mistake because my monitors only have two of the four slots which makes angling them a little uncomfortable and I worry it might break my monitors. Seems like a good excuse to buy two more nicer monitors in the future. Would defiantly recommend. Be sure to have room behind your desk if you don't want to have the screens close to your face as the arms take up some space back there. I also bought a single and double set of arms for a tri monitor setup with a little more flexibility.

The arms are easy to move once you set the right tension that ...
Sharp looking monitor arm, the pole and arms are made with aluminum so they weigh less than the steel ones from competitors but they feel just as strong. The arms are easy to move once you set the right tension that matches the weight of your monitor. I used this to hold up an Acer XB271HK 27in monitor (10 lbs) and I had to turn the socket towards the lightest setting. The cable management plastic parts hide the wire clutter nicely. The only minor issue I have is that the back of the stand + cables means that your desk needs to be away from the wall about an inch. My previous stand from Ergotron allowed me to be pretty much flush against the wall.

They work great and are really easy to move into the position ...
For the price and the quality of mounts not the swivel but the mounts are OK. The full motion gas arms save this product. They work great and are really easy to move into the position you want with minimal force applied. No complaints about the Gas Spring Arms.First things first. These are rated to be able to hold 19.8 pound monitors. All 3 of my monitors that are mounted to this way 17.5lbs as they are all identical. On the left and right arms the monitors do not stay upright. They will slowly start to angle themselves under the weight. This is very annoying and no amount of screw tightening will correct htis issue on the mounts. Ended up having to rig it with other materials to get it to stay where i wanted it to.SecondThese are advertised as being able to hold screens upto 24". The three monitors I have mounted are 24" BenQ monitors. If you were expecting to use this for playing triple monitor games think again. The length of the arms do not support triple monitors (24") in a horizontal fashion as they are not long enough to perfectly align all 3. They do not come close to lining up in this fashion with 24" monitors. They will not go side by side, hell you can't even get just 2 of them lined up in this fashion. For monitors smaller than 24" this may not be an issue.

BEWARE: Weight allowance is grossly misrepresented by manufacturer!
The description of this product (on Amazon and on the manufacturer's own website) says that it holds monitors that weigh up to 19.8 lbs per arm. This appears to be false advertising.I discovered this misrepresentation when trying to mount two 19" Dell monitors that weigh approximately 11.5 lbs each. While the arms themselves have no problem holding the monitors up, the ball-joint that controls the tilt cannot hold up the monitors even at its tightest setting. The result is that the monitors slump all the way forward, making the monitor arm completely useless. No such problem occurs with a lighter 20" Acer monitor (roughly 6.2 lbs).I initially thought that I might have received a defective product. However, I then came across this review on Youtube: https://youtu.be/KPVhqMOv_ZI. (In case Amazon deletes the link, search on Youtube for Joker Productions. The title of the video isLoctek Dual-Arm Monitor Mount Review - D5D & D7D (First 4K Video).) In the video at approximately 2:00 you will see that the reviewer has exactly the same problem I experienced and goes on to rant about it for several minutes.Trying not to jump to conclusions, I contacted the manufacturer (zoxouinc) to request replacement ball-joints. The customer service was extremely slow and tried to run me in circles. The only solution they proposed was for me to return the entire unit and try a new one. Due to the gas-spring arms, the unit is somewhat large and unweildy, and difficult to pack. Given the Youtube review that suggests this is not a defect of any specific unit but of the product in general, I was not inclined to take a gamble on this.Long story short: I'm returning this unit and pissed off at the hassle it has caused me. All signs point to the manufacturer blatantly overstating the weight capcity of this product. It should be more like 8-10lbs max per arm.

Great if you need the articulation. Expensive if you don't.
A very good unit that does what it needs to do and it does that well. Articulation is great and with a few tweaks of the allen screws, you can get everything properly balanced for easy, no sag operation.Be sure to be aware - this cannot be placed on a desk against a wall - won't work. If you need to do that, other, cheaper mount are for you.

Buy the right size! Great value for an ergo arm.
Solid build, quality materials, integrated mic/speaker/usb, convenient cable management system and a very flexible ergonomic mount setup. Make sure to know the weight of you monitor and select the size accordingly. The arms joints are amazing and they bend and turn every which way, giving you ultimate control and precise positioning of your monitor. I have my mount setup from the side of the table extending to the middle and I do not notice a dip and the base is securely attached to my table. Great purchase and well worth the price.
